【摘要】：隨著生活節(jié)奏的不斷加快,人們的工作壓力越來越大,快餐成為了越來越多人的選擇。食品安全是保障居民身體健康的重要前提,而食品原材料的安全是食品安全的重要保障。需建立完善的食品原材料市場監(jiān)管制度和法規(guī),對食品采購的各個環(huán)節(jié)進行嚴格把控。建立科學(xué)合理的食品原材料抽檢體系、完善的供應(yīng)商獎懲制度以及透明的食品原材料采購的追溯體系,從采購環(huán)節(jié)保障食品的安全。還需要進一步完善快餐企業(yè)食品原材料的運輸、儲存工作,以便于為客戶提供最新鮮、最安全的食品原材料,從而保障我國快餐行業(yè)食品原材料的安全。
[Abstract]:With the increasing pace of life, people's work pressure is increasing, fast food has become the choice of more and more people. Food safety is an important premise to ensure the health of residents, and the safety of food raw materials is an important guarantee of food safety. It is necessary to establish perfect supervision system and regulations of food raw material market, and strictly control all aspects of food purchase. A scientific and reasonable food raw material sampling system, a perfect supplier reward and punishment system and a transparent traceability system for the procurement of food raw materials are established to ensure the safety of food. It is also necessary to further improve the transportation and storage of food raw materials in fast food enterprises in order to provide customers with the freshest and safest food raw materials to ensure the safety of food raw materials in the fast food industry of our country.
