【摘要】：在產(chǎn)業(yè)融合趨勢的大背景下，服務(wù)業(yè)和制造業(yè)的界限越來越模糊，服務(wù)業(yè)和制造業(yè)的互動也越來越明顯。“十二五”時期是裝備工業(yè)實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵時期，加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式是關(guān)系國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展全局的重大戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。在此背景下，本文力圖從裝備制造業(yè)的角度出發(fā)，探索遼寧省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展模式。 遼寧省裝備制造業(yè)是遼寧省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，遼寧省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展應(yīng)該也必須依托遼寧省的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展，這樣，既有利于生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)自身的發(fā)展，又有利于遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)變與裝備制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級。本文主要是利用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計與計量模型，針對遼寧省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)互動關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究，結(jié)合遼寧省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，深入分析生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)互動的特征、規(guī)律，結(jié)合國內(nèi)外其他地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的模式，通過比較研究，提出適合遼寧省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的模式：依托主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)，融合發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)；重視高端服務(wù)，，外生牽動相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)；專業(yè)技術(shù)分工，內(nèi)生擴(kuò)展相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)；提升競爭力，自我需求發(fā)展。 本論文研究的主要特點和創(chuàng)新點主要包括:第一，從生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展路徑著手，研究遼寧省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和裝備制造業(yè)互動的現(xiàn)狀、特點；第二，從產(chǎn)業(yè)特點、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境著手，對發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的模式進(jìn)行研究；第三，從生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的軌跡和模式著手，提出遼寧省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the trend of industrial convergence, the boundary between service industry and manufacturing industry becomes more and more blurred, and the interaction between service industry and manufacturing industry becomes more and more obvious. The period of the 12th Five-Year Plan is the key period for the equipment industry to realize the industrial transformation and upgrading. Speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development is a major strategic task related to the overall situation of the development of the national economy. In this context, this paper tries to explore the development model of producer service industry in Liaoning Province from the point of view of equipment manufacturing industry. Liaoning's equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of Liaoning's economic development. The development of Liaoning's producer service industry should and must rely on the integration of Liaoning's leading industries. In this way, it is beneficial to the development of producer services themselves. And also conducive to the transformation of the industrial structure of Liaoning Province and the industrial upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry. This paper mainly uses mathematical statistics and econometric models to study the interaction between producer services and manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province, combining with the current situation of economic and social development in Liaoning Province. This paper deeply analyzes the characteristics and laws of the interaction between producer service and manufacturing industry, combining with the pattern of producer service development in other regions at home and abroad, and through comparative study, puts forward the model suitable for the development of producer service industry in Liaoning province: relying on leading industry. Integration and development of producer services; attach importance to high-end services, exogenous related industries; professional and technical division of labor, endogenous expansion of related industries; enhance competitiveness, self-demand development. The main characteristics and innovations of this paper include: first, from the development path of producer services, to study the current situation and characteristics of the interaction between producer services and equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province; second, from the industrial characteristics, The economic environment starts to study the mode of developing producer services. Thirdly, the countermeasures and suggestions of the development of producer services in Liaoning Province are put forward from the perspective of the path and mode of the development of producer services.
