【摘要】：醫(yī)療服務(wù)價(jià)格規(guī)制的目的是控制醫(yī)療費(fèi)用的過度增長(zhǎng)、增加醫(yī)療的可及性以及合理配置醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生資源。但是,我國醫(yī)療服務(wù)價(jià)格規(guī)制的目的卻與初衷不相符,出現(xiàn)價(jià)格規(guī)制結(jié)構(gòu)的異化、價(jià)值規(guī)律的背離、激勵(lì)的逆選擇、資源配置的不合理等困境,針對(duì)這些困境,分析它們產(chǎn)生的不同原因,并在此基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)不同原因提出了不同的解決路徑。
[Abstract]:The purpose of price regulation of medical service is to control the excessive increase of medical cost, increase the accessibility of medical treatment and allocate medical and health resources reasonably. However, the purpose of the price regulation of medical services in China is inconsistent with the original intention, such as the alienation of the price regulation structure, the deviation of the law of value, the adverse choice of incentive, the unreasonable allocation of resources and so on. On the basis of analyzing the different causes of them, different solutions are put forward according to the different reasons.
