出口與服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:新新貿(mào)易理論的發(fā)展將研究對象細(xì)化到了微觀企業(yè)的層面,國內(nèi)學(xué)者對出口與企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的研究在大都停留在制造業(yè),對服務(wù)業(yè)的研究尚未深入,而在產(chǎn)業(yè)升級轉(zhuǎn)型的時(shí)代,大力發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)是提高整體經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、支撐第一及第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的需要,因此研究出口與服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的關(guān)系意義重大。本文運(yùn)用2007-2012年397家中國服務(wù)業(yè)上市公司的數(shù)據(jù)對出口與服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探討,具體研究了出口與企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率之間的兩個(gè)問題,第一個(gè)問題是服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)是否存在自我選擇效應(yīng),即是否生產(chǎn)率高的企業(yè)更傾向于出口;第二個(gè)問題是服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)是否存在出口學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng),即出口行為能否提升企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)率。文章首先對出口與企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率關(guān)系的從理論研究和實(shí)證研究,國內(nèi)學(xué)者和國外學(xué)者,制造業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)的角度進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)回顧;然后對出口與企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的相互作用機(jī)制從自我選擇效應(yīng)和出口學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)角度出發(fā)進(jìn)行分析,為后面的實(shí)證研究做好了理論基礎(chǔ);之后從我國服務(wù)業(yè)整體和分行業(yè)兩個(gè)層面出發(fā),以指標(biāo)測算、圖表呈現(xiàn)等方式對我國服務(wù)出口現(xiàn)狀和競爭力進(jìn)行了分析;接下來的實(shí)證部分用DEA-Malmquist方法計(jì)算了全要素生產(chǎn)率,建立三個(gè)回歸方程,用普通最小二乘估計(jì)方法對出口與服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率進(jìn)行了計(jì)量檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明我國服務(wù)業(yè)上市公司不支持自我選擇效應(yīng)和出口學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng),其原因主要有我國服務(wù)貿(mào)易仍以傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)業(yè)為主、服務(wù)出口沉沒成本較低以及我國市場體系不完善等。最后,針對我國服務(wù)貿(mào)易從服務(wù)出口結(jié)構(gòu)、品牌建設(shè)、制造業(yè)與服務(wù)業(yè)融合等方面給予了政策建議,并指出了進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of the new and new trade theory, the research object has been refined to the micro enterprise level. The domestic scholars' research on export and enterprise productivity mostly stays in the manufacturing industry, but the research on the service industry has not been deeply studied, but in the era of industrial upgrading and transformation, Developing the service industry vigorously is the need to improve the overall economic strength and support the primary and secondary industries, so it is of great significance to study the relationship between the export and the productivity of the service enterprises. Based on the data of 397 Chinese service companies from 2007 to 2012, this paper discusses the relationship between export and the productivity of service enterprises, and studies the two problems between export and enterprise productivity. The first question is whether the service enterprises have the self-selection effect, that is, whether the enterprises with high productivity tend to export; the second question is whether the service enterprises have the export learning effect, that is, whether the export behavior can improve the productivity of the enterprises. Firstly, the paper reviews the relationship between export and enterprise productivity from the perspectives of theoretical and empirical studies, domestic and foreign scholars, manufacturing and service industries. Then, the paper analyzes the interaction mechanism of export and enterprise productivity from the perspective of self-selection effect and export learning effect, which makes a good theoretical foundation for the empirical research. Then it analyzes the current situation and competitiveness of our country's service export from two aspects of the whole service industry and sub-industry, such as index calculation, chart presentation and so on. Then, the empirical part calculates the total factor productivity with DEA-Malmquist method. Three regression equations are established and the productivity of export and service enterprises is tested by using the ordinary least square estimation method. The results show that the listed companies in the service industry do not support the self-selection effect and the export learning effect. The main reasons are that the traditional service industry is still the main service trade, the sunk cost of service export is low, and the market system of our country is not perfect. Finally, the paper gives some policy suggestions on service trade from the aspects of service export structure, brand construction, and integration of manufacturing and service industries, and points out the further development direction.
