【摘要】:全球化的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)將進(jìn)入知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)模式。服務(wù)型企業(yè)是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的微觀基礎(chǔ)和重要載體,主要指從事服務(wù)業(yè)尤其是現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)型服務(wù)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的企業(yè)。服務(wù)型企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念是一切以客戶的需求為中心,并能以最快的服務(wù)速度和最優(yōu)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量來(lái)滿足不同客戶個(gè)性化的需求。知識(shí)員工是指能充分利用專業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)和現(xiàn)代技術(shù)手段來(lái)提高工作效率,而且自身具有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和創(chuàng)新能力的群體。知識(shí)員工是服務(wù)型企業(yè)的核心資源,服務(wù)型企業(yè)在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持知識(shí)員工的動(dòng)態(tài)穩(wěn)定具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。滑?刂评碚撌且环N有效的非線性反饋控制策略,算法簡(jiǎn)單可行,在實(shí)際問(wèn)題中容易實(shí)現(xiàn),在滿足匹配條件下對(duì)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部參數(shù)攝動(dòng)和外部干擾具有完全魯棒性。服務(wù)型企業(yè)知識(shí)員工保持動(dòng)態(tài)穩(wěn)定具有重要的研究意義,本文給出了一般形式的服務(wù)型知識(shí)員工動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng)模型。借助數(shù)學(xué)和控制理論基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),利用滑模控制方法對(duì)服務(wù)型企業(yè)知識(shí)員工動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)合寧波某旅游有限公司知識(shí)員工動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行滑模控制設(shè)計(jì),使得系統(tǒng)在有限時(shí)間內(nèi)到達(dá)穩(wěn)定的理想狀態(tài),縮短了趨近時(shí)間,系統(tǒng)不僅具有較強(qiáng)的魯棒性,同時(shí)具有良好的動(dòng)態(tài)品質(zhì)。 本文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)如下: (1)給出了服務(wù)型企業(yè)、知識(shí)員工的定義,建立了更為一般的服務(wù)型企業(yè)知識(shí)員工動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng)模型。在已有的知識(shí)員工動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)各類知識(shí)員工的不同特點(diǎn),適當(dāng)簡(jiǎn)化模型,將招聘人數(shù)和被動(dòng)離職人數(shù)作為控制變量,給出了更為一般的知識(shí)員工動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng)模型,這是本文的第一個(gè)創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 (2)基于滑?刂品椒ㄑ芯糠⻊(wù)型企業(yè)知識(shí)員工動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)了切換函數(shù),基于趨近律方法和等效控制思想,研究了3類不同情形的滑?刂凭C合問(wèn)題,使得系統(tǒng)不僅具有較強(qiáng)的魯棒性,同時(shí)具有良好的動(dòng)態(tài)品質(zhì),這是本文的第二個(gè)創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。然后給出一個(gè)實(shí)例進(jìn)行仿真與分析,給出了知識(shí)員工管理對(duì)策,說(shuō)明了該控制方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:The social and economic form of globalization will enter the mode of knowledge economy. Service-oriented enterprises are the micro basis and important carrier of the development of knowledge economy, which mainly refer to the enterprises engaged in the service industry, especially in the modern production-oriented service industry. The business philosophy of service-oriented enterprises is to focus on the needs of customers, and to meet the individual needs of different customers with the fastest service speed and the best service quality. Knowledge employee is a group that can make full use of professional technical knowledge and modern technical means to improve work efficiency and has strong learning ability and innovation ability. Knowledge employees are the core resources of service enterprises. It is of great practical significance and application value for service enterprises to maintain the dynamic stability of knowledge employees in the fierce market competition. Sliding mode control theory is an effective nonlinear feedback control strategy. The algorithm is simple and feasible. It is easy to be implemented in practical problems and is completely robust to the internal parameter perturbation and external disturbance of the system under matching conditions. It is of great significance to study the dynamic stability of knowledge workers in service enterprises. This paper presents a general model of dynamic system for knowledge workers in service enterprises. Based on the basic knowledge of mathematics and control theory, the dynamic system of knowledge workers in service enterprises is analyzed by using sliding mode control method. Based on the sliding mode control design of a knowledge employee dynamic system of a travel company in Ningbo, the system can reach a stable ideal state in a limited time and shorten the approaching time. The system is not only robust, but also robust. At the same time has good dynamic quality. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: 1) the definition of service enterprise and knowledge employee is given, and a more general dynamic system model of service enterprise knowledge employee is established. On the basis of the existing knowledge employee dynamic system model, according to the different characteristics of all kinds of knowledge staff, the model is simplified appropriately, and the number of recruiters and the number of passive turnover are taken as the control variables. A more general knowledge employee dynamic system model is given, which is the first innovation of this paper. 2) based on the sliding mode control method, the dynamic system of knowledge workers in service enterprises is studied, and the switching function is designed. Based on the approach law method and the equivalent control idea, the synthesis problem of three different kinds of sliding mode control is studied. The system not only has strong robustness, but also has good dynamic quality, which is the second innovation of this paper. Then an example is given for simulation and analysis, and the countermeasures of knowledge employee management are given, and the feasibility of the control method is illustrated.
