【摘要】：近年來(lái)，生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)越來(lái)越大，在產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)方面發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用，逐步發(fā)展成為現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)中的一個(gè)重要組成部分�；诋�(dāng)前我國(guó)處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型階段的客觀現(xiàn)實(shí)，大力發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)，最大化地發(fā)揮生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中的溢出效應(yīng)，已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段亟需解決的問(wèn)題之一。因此，眾多學(xué)者將研究焦點(diǎn)集中在量化分析生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中的貢獻(xiàn)，探索促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)快速發(fā)展的政策。目前，對(duì)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的研究主要關(guān)注于其自身發(fā)展對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的直接貢獻(xiàn)，而忽視了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與其它產(chǎn)業(yè)的互動(dòng)關(guān)聯(lián)，低估了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中的溢出效應(yīng)�；谀壳暗难芯楷F(xiàn)狀，本文以江蘇省為研究對(duì)象，，試圖從理論和實(shí)證兩方面分析生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的溢出效應(yīng)，為全面評(píng)估生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面的重要性提供依據(jù)。 本文首先闡述了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)溢出效應(yīng)的理論基礎(chǔ)。基于產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)理論、內(nèi)生增長(zhǎng)理論和生產(chǎn)迂回學(xué)說(shuō)三種不同的理論基礎(chǔ)，從促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)、提高生產(chǎn)效率、增強(qiáng)就業(yè)吸納能力三個(gè)角度闡述生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)溢出效應(yīng)的作用途徑。同時(shí)借鑒菲德模型，將整體經(jīng)濟(jì)分為生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與非生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)兩大部門(mén)，構(gòu)建生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的溢出效應(yīng)模型。其次，在利用投入產(chǎn)出數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)計(jì)算中間需求率這一指標(biāo)對(duì)江蘇省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)范圍進(jìn)行界定的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的溢出效應(yīng)模型對(duì)江蘇省各市2000-2009年的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行面板數(shù)據(jù)分析，從而定量測(cè)度江蘇省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的溢出效應(yīng)。由于不同地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的溢出值有差異，從六個(gè)方面分析影響生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)溢出效應(yīng)的因素，并將影響因素指標(biāo)化，運(yùn)用回歸方法對(duì)影響生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)溢出效應(yīng)的因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，進(jìn)而定量測(cè)度各因素對(duì)溢出效應(yīng)的影響程度。最后，在歸納本文結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合江蘇省的實(shí)際情況，提出有針對(duì)性的政策建議，以期最大限度地發(fā)揮生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)方面的溢出效應(yīng)，促進(jìn)江蘇省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, producer services have contributed more and more to economic growth, which plays an irreplaceable role in the promotion of industrial competitiveness and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and has gradually developed into an important part of modern service industry. Based on the objective reality that our country is in the stage of economic transformation, vigorously developing producer services and maximizing the spillover effect of producer services in economic growth has become one of the problems that our country urgently needs to solve at the present stage. Therefore, many scholars will focus on quantitative analysis of the contribution of producer services to economic growth, and explore policies to promote the rapid development of producer services. At present, the research on producer services promoting economic growth mainly focuses on the direct contribution of their own development to economic growth, while neglecting the interaction between producer services and other industries. The spillover effect of producer services in economic growth is underestimated. Based on the current research situation, this paper tries to analyze the spillover effects of producer services in Jiangsu Province from both theoretical and empirical aspects, in order to comprehensively evaluate the impact of producer services on promoting economic growth. To improve the importance of industrial competitiveness to provide the basis. Firstly, this paper expounds the theoretical basis of spillover effect of producer services. Based on the industrial relevance theory, endogenous growth theory and production roundabout theory, there are three different theoretical bases, which are to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and to improve production efficiency. This paper expounds the ways of spillover effect of producer service industry from three angles of enhancing employment absorption ability. At the same time, the whole economy is divided into two sectors, producer services and non-producer services, and the spillover effect model of producer services is constructed. Secondly, on the basis of using input-output data to define the scope of producer services in Jiangsu Province by calculating the intermediate demand rate, Based on the spillover effect model of producer services in Jiangsu Province, the panel data from 2000 to 2009 are analyzed to measure the spillover effect of producer services in Jiangsu Province. Because of the difference of spillover value of producer services in different regions, the factors influencing spillover effect of producer services are analyzed from six aspects, and the influencing factors are indexed. The factors affecting spillover effects of producer services are analyzed by using regression method, and the degree of spillover effects is quantitatively measured. Finally, on the basis of summing up the conclusions of this paper, combined with the actual situation of Jiangsu Province, this paper puts forward some targeted policy recommendations, in order to maximize the spillover effect of producer services in promoting economic growth and industrial structure optimization and upgrading. Promote the economic development of Jiangsu Province.
