【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)波動理論認(rèn)為,任何一個行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢都隨著宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展成一定周期的循環(huán)波動。我國為研究經(jīng)濟(jì)的宏觀發(fā)展趨勢,在借鑒國外景氣指數(shù)理論的基,通過修訂景氣指標(biāo)編制出了我國宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的景氣監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。從時間序列上研究經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。逐漸地景氣指數(shù)理論也開始運用于某個行業(yè)及行業(yè)的某個領(lǐng)域。飯店業(yè)作為—個日益強(qiáng)大的行業(yè),由于其對于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要影響,逐漸地引起了人們的關(guān)注。近幾年有學(xué)者也開始用經(jīng)濟(jì)景氣理論來研究飯店業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況,但目前飯店業(yè)所面臨的緊迫問題是人力資源問題,企業(yè)既招不到人,也留不住人。這樣的問題困擾著飯店業(yè)的發(fā)展,也困擾著飯店業(yè)從業(yè)人員自身的發(fā)展,本文嘗試將景氣波動理論引入飯店業(yè)勞動力市場研究,試圖從時間序列的角度分析飯店勞動力市場的發(fā)展趨勢,并從中找到一些規(guī)律。 本文首先嘗試構(gòu)造湖南省飯店業(yè)勞動力市場景氣指數(shù)計算模型,在綜合分析現(xiàn)有對景氣指數(shù)及飯店勞動力市場研究文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對景氣研究方法及景氣指數(shù)的構(gòu)建進(jìn)行了深入探究,在考慮湖南飯店業(yè)勞動力市場的實際情況后,對景氣指數(shù)理論進(jìn)行了借鑒,文中詳細(xì)闡述了構(gòu)建湖南省飯店業(yè)勞動力市場景氣指數(shù)模型的具體步驟,包括對基準(zhǔn)指標(biāo)的選取,初始指標(biāo)的確定及分類,建立數(shù)學(xué)模型計算擴(kuò)散指數(shù)及合成指數(shù)。并在后文中合成了湖南省飯店業(yè)勞動力市場一致景氣指數(shù)。得出了湖南省飯店業(yè)勞動力市場處于“微不景氣”和“微景氣”之間。 最后提出了湖南省飯店業(yè)勞動力市場景氣指數(shù)的不足及飯店業(yè)勞動力市場出現(xiàn)的問題,并給出了建議及對策。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of economic fluctuation, the development trend of any industry becomes cycle fluctuation with the development of macro economy. In order to study the macro-development trend of the economy, we draw lessons from the theory of foreign boom index, and compile the economic climate monitoring system of our country by revising the boom index. Study the development of economy in time series. Gradually, the theory of boom index also began to be applied to a certain industry and a certain field of the industry. As an increasingly powerful industry, hotel industry has attracted more and more attention because of its important influence on regional economy. In recent years, some scholars have begun to use economic boom theory to study the economic situation of the hotel industry, but the urgent problem facing the hotel industry is the human resource problem. Enterprises can neither recruit nor retain people. Such a problem puzzles the development of hotel industry and the development of hotel industry employees themselves. This paper attempts to introduce the theory of boom fluctuation into the study of hotel labor market. This paper tries to analyze the development trend of hotel labor market from the angle of time series, and find some rules from it. This paper first attempts to construct a calculation model of Hunan hotel labor market boom index, based on the comprehensive analysis of the existing literature on the prosperity index and hotel labor market. This paper probes into the method of boom research and the construction of boom index. After considering the actual situation of Hunan hotel labor market, the theory of boom index is used for reference. In this paper, the concrete steps of constructing Hunan hotel labor market boom index model are described in detail, including the selection of benchmark index, the determination and classification of initial index, and the establishment of mathematical model to calculate diffusion index and composite index. And in the following article has synthesized Hunan Province hotel industry labor market consistent prosperity index. It is concluded that Hunan hotel labor market is between "slight depression" and "micro boom". Finally, the paper puts forward the shortage of Hunan hotel labor market boom index and the problems of hotel labor market, and gives some suggestions and countermeasures.
