【摘要】：生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)對我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。目前,該產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為我國經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級的主要瓶頸之一。本文在分析我國生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)空間發(fā)展的動因及其影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,進行了Moran指數(shù)檢驗,運用SLM模型和SEM模型對我國生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)空間效應進行了實證研究,并將研究結(jié)果與OLS模型和面板模型的結(jié)果進行了比較。結(jié)果表明,考慮了空間因素的SEM模型具有更優(yōu)的估計效果。最后,本文從有序推進產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和推進生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)聚集發(fā)展兩個方面,給出針對我國生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The production service industry plays a vital role in the economic development of our country. At present, the industry has become one of the main bottlenecks of the adjustment of the economic structure and the upgrading of the industry. On the basis of the analysis of the motivation and the influencing factors of the space development of our productive service industry, the Moran index is tested, the SLM model and the SEM model are used. The empirical study on the spatial effect of China's productive service industry was carried out, and the results were compared with the results of the OLS model and the panel model. The results showed that the SEM model considering the spatial factors had a better estimation effect. Finally, this article from the orderly promotion of industrial transfer and the development of two aspects of the development of the productive service industry. The policy recommendations for the development of producer services in China are given.
