【摘要】：知識密集型服務業(yè)與大學生就業(yè)是緊密聯(lián)系的整體,二者相互依存。在實際運用中,二者相互契合,且對彼此具有重要作用與影響,需運用協(xié)同理念共同推進發(fā)展。促進二者協(xié)同推進的主要路徑包括:政策扶持,國際化發(fā)展是不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的趨勢;不斷建立和健全市場機制,增強社會對勞動力的容納量;高等院校不斷為知識密集型服務業(yè)提供高水平人才;大學生自身需要掌握必要的技能和能力,增強就業(yè)的適應性。
[Abstract]:Knowledge-intensive service industry and college students employment are closely linked as a whole, the two are interdependent. In practical application, the two agree with each other, and play an important role and influence on each other. The main ways to promote the coordinated advancement of the two are as follows: policy support, internationalization is an irreversible trend, market mechanism is constantly established and improved, and the capacity of the society to the labor force is enhanced. Colleges and universities provide high level talents for knowledge-intensive service industry and college students themselves need to master the necessary skills and abilities to enhance the adaptability of employment.
