科技支撐能力與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:1997年9月黨的十五大首次提出了“現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)”的概念,在國外與此概念所包涵的外延相近的是“知識型服務(wù)業(yè)(Knowledge-based service industry)”。知識型服務(wù)業(yè)這個名稱就體現(xiàn)了知識在現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展中的重要性,而知識在經(jīng)濟中的體現(xiàn)就是科學(xué)技術(shù),用經(jīng)濟學(xué)的詞匯來說就是科技支撐能力。現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)科技支撐能力的提高不僅提高了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)自身的水平,還促進了其所服務(wù)的制造業(yè)的技術(shù)進步,實現(xiàn)了中國的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級。本文將對科技支撐能力對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的作用進行研究,并建立相關(guān)模型以驗證科技支撐能力對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的作用機制。 本文共分為5章。第1章為緒論。首先介紹了文章研究的背景及其研究的意義;其次,研究了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于科技支撐能力對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的作用的文獻,為后文的相關(guān)研究奠定了良好的理論基礎(chǔ);最后,提出了研究方法及創(chuàng)新點和難點。 第2章為現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)和科技支撐能力的概述。本章分為兩部分:第一部分將對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)進行定義,確定其所包含的行業(yè),然后結(jié)合相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)及國際知名企業(yè)的例子介紹現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)“三高”、“三新”的特點,最后通過全國和17省市的數(shù)據(jù)來介紹中國現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第二部分首先將界定科技支撐能力與科技支撐體系的概念,然后從科技投入、人力資本、信息技術(shù)和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護這4個方面對科技支撐能力與科技支撐體系進行衡量。 第3章為對于科技支撐能力對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的作用的理論研究。本章分為兩部分:第一部分為科技支撐體系的組成結(jié)構(gòu),在已有文獻的基礎(chǔ)上界定了本研究所用的科技支撐體系的組成。本部分構(gòu)建的科技支撐體系包括以下科技經(jīng)費、人力資本、信息技術(shù)和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護4個方面。第二部分為研究科技支撐能力對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的作用的傳導(dǎo)機制。本部分研究了科技經(jīng)費、人力資本、信息技術(shù)和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護4個方面對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)作用的傳導(dǎo)機制,以及它們之間是如何相互作用的。 第4章為對于科技支撐能力對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的作用的實證研究,共分為兩部分。第一部分為面板數(shù)據(jù)分析,首先在第3章理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了回歸模型,然后通過對17省市的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行面板數(shù)據(jù)回歸分析,揭示出科技支撐能力對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的作用。第二部分將通過沃爾瑪?shù)陌咐齺碚撟C科技支撐能力對現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的作用。 第5章為結(jié)論和政策建議,首先總結(jié)了前文的研究結(jié)果,然后在其基礎(chǔ)上分科技經(jīng)費、人力資本、信息技術(shù)和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護4個方面提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:For the first time in September 1997 the 15th Party Congress put forward the concept of "modern service industry", the extension in a foreign country with the inclusion of this concept is similar to "knowledge service industry (Knowledge-based service industry). The name of the knowledge service industry reflects the importance of the development of knowledge in the modern service industry, which embodies the knowledge in the economy is science and technology, economic vocabulary is technical supporting ability. Scientific and technological support capability of modern service industry to improve the modern service industry not only improve their own level, but also promote the technological progress of the manufacturing service, realize the upgrading of industrial structure. This paper will Chinese on science and technology support ability of modern service industry research, and establish a mechanism to verify the science and technology support ability in modern service industry model.
This paper is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. It first introduces the background and significance of this study; secondly, study the role of domestic and foreign scholars on science and technology support ability of modern service industry in the literature, has laid a good foundation for the related research; most, proposed research methods and the difficulty and innovation.
The second chapter is an overview of the modern service industry and technology support ability. This chapter is divided into two parts: the first part is the definition of modern service industry, to determine its contained in the industry, and then introduces the modern service industry "three high" with the relevant data and examples of the international well-known enterprises, "three new", development status finally, through the national and 17 provinces to introduce Chinese data of modern service industry. The second part will define the concept of science and technology support ability and technology support system, and then from the investment in science and technology, human capital, information technology and intellectual property protection ability and technology support system to measure the technical support of these 4 aspects.
The third chapter is the theoretical research on the role of science and technology support ability in modern service industry. This chapter is divided into two parts: the first part is the structure of science and technology support system, technology support system based on the upper bound of composition of literature set used in this study. This part of the construction of science and technology support system of science and technology include the following the funds, human capital, the 4 aspects of information technology and intellectual property protection. The second part is to study the effect of the conduction mechanism of science and technology support ability in modern service industry. This part of the funds for science and technology, human capital, information technology and intellectual property rights protection mechanism 4 aspects of modern service industry, as well as between them how is the interaction.
The fourth chapter is the empirical research on the role of science and technology support ability in modern service industry, is divided into two parts. The first part is the analysis of panel data, based on the research of chapter third constructs the regression model, and then through the relevant data of 17 provinces in the regression analysis of the data, revealing the role of science and technology support ability the role of modern service industry. The second part will use WAL-MART's case to demonstrate the technical supporting ability of modern service industry.
The fifth chapter is the conclusion and policy recommendations. First, it summarizes the previous research results, and then puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations based on the following 4 aspects: Science and technology funds, human capital, information technology and intellectual property protection.
