跨地域擴(kuò)張對(duì)我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,,在國(guó)家政策的支持和全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程加快的背景下,我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展面臨了新的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)?绲赜驍U(kuò)張已經(jīng)成為服務(wù)業(yè)公司實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略之一。因此,對(duì)于服務(wù)業(yè)的跨地域擴(kuò)張對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響研究顯得尤為重要。 本文在對(duì)企業(yè)擴(kuò)張理論與資源基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了跨地域擴(kuò)張對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響的模型,將跨地域擴(kuò)張作為自變量,企業(yè)績(jī)效作為因變量,企業(yè)的上市年限、規(guī)模和資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率作為控制變量。將跨地域擴(kuò)張按照地域的不同劃分為跨省擴(kuò)張和跨國(guó)擴(kuò)張兩種擴(kuò)張方式,進(jìn)而分別通過(guò)程度和范圍兩個(gè)維度進(jìn)行衡量。將企業(yè)的績(jī)效通過(guò)企業(yè)的盈利能力和成長(zhǎng)能力兩個(gè)角度來(lái)衡量,其中利用會(huì)計(jì)指標(biāo)總資產(chǎn)收益率(ROA),總資產(chǎn)收益率(ROE),每股收益(EPS)來(lái)衡量盈利能力,企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)能力通過(guò)營(yíng)業(yè)利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)率來(lái)衡量。 本研究通過(guò)實(shí)證分析,驗(yàn)證了跨地域擴(kuò)張對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響,并且將跨國(guó)和跨省兩種擴(kuò)張方式進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,提出了跨國(guó)擴(kuò)張程度與范圍越大,都更加有利于企業(yè)盈利能力的獲得,而跨省擴(kuò)張程度與服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)的盈利能力具有顯著的負(fù)向關(guān)系,跨省擴(kuò)張范圍對(duì)盈利能力無(wú)顯著的影響。同時(shí),跨國(guó)擴(kuò)張對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)能力的影響作用要遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于跨省擴(kuò)張。因此,在當(dāng)前的形勢(shì)下,中國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)應(yīng)該在積累一定實(shí)力后,選擇跨國(guó)擴(kuò)張的方式,更有利于企業(yè)績(jī)效的提高。根據(jù)實(shí)證分析的結(jié)果,本文從進(jìn)行跨地域擴(kuò)張的企業(yè)的內(nèi)外部提出了策略和建議。包括:準(zhǔn)確定位,把握好跨地域擴(kuò)張的規(guī)模和節(jié)奏,根據(jù)擴(kuò)張所到省份或國(guó)家的市場(chǎng)的外部環(huán)境,及時(shí)調(diào)整發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。正視企業(yè)自身,選擇正確的跨地域擴(kuò)張方式,重視企業(yè)素質(zhì)的提高,建立核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力等。
[Abstract]:At present, with the support of national policies and the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, the development of China's service industry is facing new opportunities and challenges.Cross-regional expansion has become one of the important strategies for service companies to achieve rapid development.Therefore, it is particularly important to study the impact of cross-regional expansion of service industry on enterprise performance.On the basis of reviewing the theory of enterprise expansion and the theory of resource base, this paper constructs a model of the influence of cross-regional expansion on enterprise performance. The paper takes cross-regional expansion as independent variable, enterprise performance as dependent variable, and the listed years of enterprise.Scale and ratio of assets and liabilities as control variables.Trans-regional expansion is divided into cross-provincial expansion and transnational expansion according to regional differences, and then measured by the degree and scope of the two dimensions.The performance of an enterprise is measured from two angles: profitability and growth ability, in which profitability is measured by accounting indicators, such as total return on assets (ROAA), total return on assets (ROEO), earnings per share (EPSs), and earnings per share (EPS).The growth ability of an enterprise is measured by the growth rate of operating profit.Through the empirical analysis, this study verifies the impact of cross-regional expansion on enterprise performance, and compares the two expansion modes of transnational and inter-provincial, and points out that the greater the degree and scope of transnational expansion, the greater the degree and scope of transnational expansion.The degree of cross-provincial expansion has a significant negative relationship with the profitability of service enterprises, but the scope of cross-provincial expansion has no significant effect on profitability.At the same time, the influence of transnational expansion on the growth ability of service enterprises is much higher than that of inter-provincial expansion.Therefore, under the current situation, Chinese service enterprises should choose the way of transnational expansion after accumulating certain strength, which is more conducive to the improvement of enterprise performance.According to the results of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions from the internal and external of cross-regional expansion enterprises.Including: accurate positioning, grasp the scale and rhythm of cross-regional expansion, according to the expansion of provinces or countries to the external market environment, timely adjustment of development strategy.Face up to the enterprise itself, choose the correct way of cross-regional expansion, attach importance to the improvement of enterprise quality, and establish the core competitive ability.
