【摘要】：現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)是后工業(yè)化時代各國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、國家發(fā)展的主要動力,也是世界主要發(fā)達(dá)國家的主體產(chǎn)業(yè)。自改革開放近四十年以來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展并在發(fā)展過程之中產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷優(yōu)化。到目前為止,現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)一舉成為了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的主體構(gòu)成部分,其增加值占我國GDP比重超過一半,并依然是我國三大產(chǎn)業(yè)中增長速度最快的產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)特別是生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)將會成為就業(yè)增長最快、吸納人力資本最多的產(chǎn)業(yè)。生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)是向第二產(chǎn)業(yè)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)提供中間服務(wù)的服務(wù)性產(chǎn)業(yè),是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的核心和“火車頭”。在現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展變得日趨重要的背景下,本文對中國生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚的影響因素進(jìn)行了研究。產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚會催生產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢,從而可以促進(jìn)和推動產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。在產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚有貢獻(xiàn)于產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的前提下,本文試圖研究生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的集聚問題。生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展方式和集聚速度均不同于制造業(yè),學(xué)界對制造業(yè)集聚的研究相對已比較充分,而其研究結(jié)論并不能直接指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,但是其研究思路與范式是可以借鑒的,本文梳理了馬歇爾產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)理論、韋伯工業(yè)區(qū)位理論、波特競爭優(yōu)勢理論和克魯格曼新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理理論等與產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚相關(guān)的經(jīng)典理論,并以研究制造業(yè)集聚的研究范式來研究生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚進(jìn)而通過研究結(jié)論提出了促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的建議。除引言部分外本文共包括五章內(nèi)容。第一章為概念界定、相關(guān)理論及文獻(xiàn)綜述。其中,文獻(xiàn)綜述部分分為現(xiàn)象與機(jī)理、模式與產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同集聚、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚測度與影響因素等三個方面進(jìn)行;第二章為中國生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展演變,在確定了本文使用的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的測度方法后,分別描述了中國生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展演變、空間分布態(tài)勢和各省市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)空間分布態(tài)勢;第三章為中國生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚影響因素分析,從理論層面詳盡的分析了哪些因素會影響生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的區(qū)域集中度,并提出五個基本假說;第四章本文基于2003年到2014年十余年間全國283個地級及以上城市的數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用混合最小二乘法對中國生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究并給出了實(shí)證結(jié)果的分析;第五章提出了三點(diǎn)基本研究結(jié)論并以全文的研究分析為觀點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)提出了五點(diǎn)政策建議。
[Abstract]:The modern service industry is the main driving force for the economic growth and national development of countries in the post-industrial era, as well as the main industry of the major developed countries in the world.After nearly 40 years of reform and opening up, The rapid development of our economy and the continuous optimization of industrial structure in the process of development. Up to now, the modern service industry has become the main part of our economy, and its added value accounts for more than half of our GDP. With the further development of the economy, modern services, especially producer services, will become the fastest growing employment. Producer services are the service industries that provide intermediate services to the secondary and tertiary industries. It is the core of the development of modern service industry and "locomotive". Under the background that the development of modern service industry becomes increasingly important, this paper studies the influencing factors of the agglomeration of producer services in China. Industrial agglomeration will give birth to industrial advantages. Therefore, it can promote and promote the development of industry. On the premise that industrial agglomeration contributes to industrial development, this paper attempts to study the agglomeration of producer services. The development mode and speed of producer services are different from those of manufacturing. The academic research on manufacturing agglomeration has been relatively adequate, but its conclusions can not direct the development of producer services, but its research ideas and paradigms can be used for reference. Weber's industrial location theory, Porter's competitive advantage theory and Krugman's new economic geography theory are the classical theories related to industrial agglomeration. In addition to the foreword, this paper includes five chapters. The first chapter defines the concept of producer service agglomeration, and then puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of producer service industry through the conclusion of the research. Among them, the literature review is divided into three aspects: phenomenon and mechanism, mode and industrial cooperative agglomeration, industrial agglomeration measurement and influencing factors. Chapter two is the evolution of producer services agglomeration in China. After determining the measurement method of industrial agglomeration, the paper describes the evolution of producer services in China, the spatial distribution situation and the spatial distribution situation of producer services in provinces and cities. The third chapter is the analysis of the influencing factors of producer service agglomeration in China. It analyzes in detail which factors will affect the regional concentration of producer services from the theoretical level, and puts forward five basic hypotheses; In chapter 4th, based on the data of 283 cities at or above the prefectural level from 2003 to 2014, this paper makes an empirical study on the influencing factors of producer services agglomeration in China by using the mixed least square method and gives the analysis of the empirical results. Chapter 5th puts forward three basic research conclusions and five-point policy recommendations based on the research and analysis of the full text.
