【摘要】：進入本世紀以來,我國服務(wù)業(yè)吸收了大量的外商直接投資,眾多跨國企業(yè)紛紛進入我國服務(wù)市場。但是,大量的跨國服務(wù)企業(yè)進入中國市場后卻呈現(xiàn)出越來越明顯的獨資化傾向�？鐕⻊�(wù)企業(yè)FDI之所以傾向于采用獨資方式進入中國市場,其影響因素主要來自市場吸引力、投資風(fēng)險、所有權(quán)優(yōu)勢、國際化經(jīng)驗和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略等方面。應(yīng)對服務(wù)業(yè)FDI獨資化傾向的對策建議:完善法律制度,利用外資積極調(diào)整我國服務(wù)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu);加強高端服務(wù)人才培養(yǎng),鼓勵服務(wù)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展;積極引導(dǎo)跨國服務(wù)企業(yè)投資方向,加強獨資化傾向問題研究等。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of this century, China's service industry has absorbed a large amount of foreign direct investment, and many multinational enterprises have entered our service market. However, after a large number of multinational service enterprises enter the Chinese market, there is a more and more obvious trend of solely-owned enterprises. The main influencing factors of multinational service enterprises (FDI) are the market attractiveness, the reason why multinational service enterprises prefer to use sole proprietorship to enter the Chinese market. Investment risk, ownership advantage, internationalization experience and enterprise strategy. The countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the trend of FDI in service industry are as follows: perfecting the legal system, actively adjusting the service industry structure with foreign capital, strengthening the training of high-end service personnel, and so on. Encourage the innovation and development of the service industry, actively guide the investment direction of multinational service enterprises, and strengthen the research on the tendency of sole proprietorship.
