【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài)與供給側(cè)改革的推行,經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整成為當(dāng)前中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要任務(wù),而經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的主要內(nèi)容之一便是促進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展,使服務(wù)業(yè)取代制造業(yè)成為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)部門。因此,通過(guò)推進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型,實(shí)現(xiàn)從量的增長(zhǎng)到質(zhì)的提升的轉(zhuǎn)變,提高地區(qū)居民生生活收入水平,增強(qiáng)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,便成了各地發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。相對(duì)于我國(guó)其他省份,尤其是同處于東部沿海的發(fā)達(dá)省份,福建省服務(wù)行業(yè)存在著規(guī)模小、結(jié)構(gòu)差、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng)等問(wèn)題。因而,推進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展,提高服務(wù)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力已成為福建省在“十三五”期間實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展所要解決的重大問(wèn)題。本文在現(xiàn)有服務(wù)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)區(qū)域服務(wù)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的概念及理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了深入探討,界定了區(qū)域服務(wù)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的概念、內(nèi)涵與其特征,在此基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)對(duì)區(qū)域服務(wù)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)影響因素分析,建立了區(qū)域服務(wù)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和模型,對(duì)包括福建在內(nèi)的全國(guó)31個(gè)省、市、自治區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,將福建服務(wù)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與其他省區(qū)進(jìn)行比較,找出福建所具有的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)及存在的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)劣勢(shì),并結(jié)合福建服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的機(jī)遇,給出福建提升服務(wù)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With China's economy entering the new normal and the implementation of supply-side reform, economic restructuring has become the main task of China's economic development, and one of the main contents of economic restructuring is to promote the development of the service industry. Therefore, by promoting the development of the service industry to promote the transformation of the regional economy, to realize the transformation from quantity growth to quality improvement, and to raise the living income level of local residents. Strengthening the comprehensive competitiveness of the regional economy has become the focus of attention in the development of local economy. Compared with other provinces in China, especially the developed provinces along the eastern coast, the service industry in Fujian Province has a small scale and a poor structure. Therefore, promoting the development of the service industry and improving the competitiveness of the service industry have become the industrial restructuring of Fujian Province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. On the basis of the existing research on the competitiveness of the service industry, this paper deeply discusses the concept and theoretical basis of the regional service industry competitiveness, and defines the concept of the regional service industry competitiveness. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of regional service industry competitiveness evaluation index, the index system and model of regional service industry competitiveness evaluation are established. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the competitiveness of the service industry of the autonomous region, compares the competitiveness of the service industry of Fujian with that of other provinces and regions, finds out the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Fujian, and combines the opportunities faced by the development of the service industry in Fujian. This paper gives the policy suggestions of Fujian to enhance the competitiveness of service industry.
