【摘要】：隨著人口老齡化的日益加劇,加快發(fā)展養(yǎng)老服務(wù),政府責(zé)任義不容辭。河北省根據(jù)本省的實(shí)際,積極發(fā)展養(yǎng)老服務(wù),初步建立起了養(yǎng)老服務(wù)政策體系,老年社會(huì)福利水平逐步提高,社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)日趨完善。然而,河北省發(fā)展養(yǎng)老服務(wù)過程中也存在著養(yǎng)老服務(wù)供給不足、養(yǎng)老服務(wù)監(jiān)管缺失、養(yǎng)老服務(wù)社會(huì)力量發(fā)展滯后、養(yǎng)老服務(wù)城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展不均衡等問題。由此,在河北省養(yǎng)老服務(wù)發(fā)展過程中,政府應(yīng)該加大對(duì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)發(fā)展的財(cái)政支持力度,加強(qiáng)對(duì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的監(jiān)管責(zé)任,引導(dǎo)社會(huì)力量發(fā)展養(yǎng)老服務(wù),統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展城鄉(xiāng)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing aging of the population, it is incumbent on the government to speed up the development of pension services. According to the reality of the province, Hebei Province has actively developed old-age care services, and has initially established a policy system for old-age care services. The level of social welfare for the elderly is gradually improved and the community old-age service is becoming more and more perfect. Therefore, in the process of the development of pension services in Hebei Province, the government should increase the financial support for the development of pension services and strengthen the supervision responsibility for the pension services. To guide social forces to develop pension services and to develop urban and rural old-age services as a whole.
