【摘要】：實現(xiàn)制造業(yè)和生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的重要內(nèi)容。本文運用協(xié)調(diào)度模型,對我國30個省(直轄市、自治區(qū))制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展程度進行測算,主要結(jié)論是:目前我國區(qū)域制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的總體協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展水平偏低,二者尚未形成高水平的互動協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展關系。制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)本身發(fā)展水平以及二者的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展程度都呈現(xiàn)出由東部向中西部遞減的趨勢,且各區(qū)域內(nèi)部也存在一定差距。目前制約我國區(qū)域制造業(yè)和生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的主要因素有體制性制約、制造業(yè)低端化生產(chǎn)、外資企業(yè)與本地生產(chǎn)性服務的關聯(lián)度低、城市化水平低及人才支撐能力弱等。各地區(qū)應根據(jù)存在的問題采取有針對性的對策措施,加快制造業(yè)和生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of manufacturing and producer services is an important part of the upgrading of China's industrial structure. In this paper, 30 provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) are investigated by using the coordination degree model. The degree of coordinated development between manufacturing and producer services has been measured. The main conclusions are that the overall level of coordinated development between regional manufacturing and producer services in China is on the low side. The development level of manufacturing industry and producer service industry itself and the degree of their coordinated development both show a decreasing trend from the east to the central and western regions. At present, the main factors restricting the coordinated development of regional manufacturing and producer services in China are institutional constraints, low end production of manufacturing industry, and low correlation between foreign-funded enterprises and local productive services. The urbanization level is low and the talent support ability is weak. All regions should take countermeasures according to the existing problems to accelerate the coordinated development of manufacturing industry and producer service industry.
