【摘要】：21世紀(jì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)是以服務(wù)業(yè)為主導(dǎo)的經(jīng)濟(jì)。隨著服務(wù)業(yè)特別是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的加速發(fā)展,其在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中所占據(jù)的地位越來(lái)越重要。服務(wù)業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中所占服務(wù)業(yè)比重和水平的提升,有利于促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí),有助于推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的加快轉(zhuǎn)變。 目前煙臺(tái)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平相對(duì)較低,發(fā)展相對(duì)滯后,是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的一塊“短板”。服務(wù)業(yè)特別是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)煙臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的拉動(dòng)作用未能充分顯現(xiàn)。 本文圍繞制定煙臺(tái)服務(wù)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,加快煙臺(tái)發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè),以服務(wù)業(yè)理論為指導(dǎo),全面系統(tǒng)地分析了煙臺(tái)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,深刻分析了制定服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,研究制定了煙臺(tái)未來(lái)的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,研究提出了煙臺(tái)實(shí)施服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的政策與建議。 首先,闡述服務(wù)業(yè)特別是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)相關(guān)的理論,為研究制定煙臺(tái)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供了理論依據(jù)。其次,分析了煙臺(tái)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,為研究制定煙臺(tái)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。再次,研究制定煙臺(tái)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提出煙臺(tái)未來(lái)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略,為煙臺(tái)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)。最后,研究提出煙臺(tái)實(shí)施服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的具體路徑選擇,分析煙臺(tái)實(shí)施服務(wù)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略所面臨的機(jī)遇與擁有的優(yōu)勢(shì),提出煙臺(tái)發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the economy was dominated by the service industry. With the accelerated development of the service industry, especially the modern service industry, it was developing in the economy. The promotion of the proportion and level of service industry in the national economy is conducive to promoting the optimization and upgrading of economic structure and accelerating the transformation of the mode of economic development. At present, the development level of Yantai service industry is relatively low and the development lags behind, which is a "short board" of economic and social development. Based on the development of Yantai service industry strategy and accelerating the development of Yantai service industry, this paper, under the guidance of the service industry theory, comprehensively and systematically analyzes the present situation of Yantai's modern service industry development and the economic environment of formulating the service industry development strategy. This paper studies and formulates the development strategy of modern service industry in Yantai in the future, and puts forward the policies and suggestions for implementing the development strategy of service industry in Yantai. First of all, the related theories of the service industry, especially the modern service industry, are expounded, which provides a theoretical basis for the study and formulation of the development strategy of Yantai service industry. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of the development of the service industry in Yantai. Thirdly, the paper studies and formulates the development strategy of Yantai service industry, puts forward the relevant strategies for the future development of Yantai service industry, and provides strategic guidance for the development of Yantai service industry. This paper puts forward the specific path choice of Yantai service industry development strategy, analyzes the opportunities and advantages faced by Yantai service industry strategy, and puts forward the countermeasures of Yantai service industry strategy implementation.
