【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái)，流入我國(guó)的外商直接投資規(guī)模越來(lái)越大，投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)始逐步由制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)向服務(wù)業(yè)，但是產(chǎn)業(yè)分布的不均衡性仍很嚴(yán)重。主要集中于制造業(yè)，服務(wù)業(yè)所占比重較少。隨著我國(guó)加入WTO后服務(wù)市場(chǎng)開(kāi)放度的逐步提高，國(guó)際資本開(kāi)始更多地進(jìn)入我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)，并且增長(zhǎng)勢(shì)頭強(qiáng)勁。在服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的帶動(dòng)下服務(wù)貿(mào)易以每年增長(zhǎng)20%的速度迅速發(fā)展，其增長(zhǎng)率遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于貨物貿(mào)易的年增長(zhǎng)速度。盡管如此，我國(guó)的服務(wù)貿(mào)易一直處于逆差狀態(tài)，其國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力很弱，并且有逐步下降的趨勢(shì)。目前我國(guó)進(jìn)入“十二五”規(guī)劃發(fā)展時(shí)期，服務(wù)業(yè)和服務(wù)貿(mào)易將成為未來(lái)重點(diǎn)發(fā)展對(duì)象。同時(shí)，我國(guó)已連續(xù)多年成為世界吸引FDI最多的國(guó)家。因此，探索服務(wù)業(yè)FDI與服務(wù)貿(mào)易的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之間的關(guān)系有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。 本文首先對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)FDI理論和服務(wù)貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論進(jìn)行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易理論在服務(wù)貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面比較適用的是比較優(yōu)勢(shì)理論和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論。通過(guò)對(duì)邁克爾·波特的產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論進(jìn)行分析，得出了服務(wù)貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提高主要受到生產(chǎn)要素、國(guó)內(nèi)需求條件、第二三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平、服務(wù)業(yè)中企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、組織結(jié)構(gòu)及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀態(tài)、服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展的機(jī)遇以及政府的相關(guān)政策等因素的影響。然后對(duì)我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)FDI的概況與服務(wù)貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)狀的分析找出服務(wù)業(yè)FDI與服務(wù)貿(mào)易之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系。重點(diǎn)對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)FDI對(duì)我國(guó)服務(wù)貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響的傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制進(jìn)行分析。接著文章利用“服務(wù)業(yè)FDI→中間變量→服務(wù)貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”這一思路，對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)FDI與服務(wù)貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力間的量化關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，，最后根據(jù)全文分析作出研究結(jié)論，并針對(duì)我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)利用外資存在的問(wèn)題，結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際情況，提出增強(qiáng)我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)吸引外資的能力，提高我國(guó)服務(wù)貿(mào)易的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，促進(jìn)我國(guó)服務(wù)貿(mào)易向著更加合理、完善的方向發(fā)展的幾點(diǎn)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, the inflow of foreign direct investment of our country increasingly large scale, the investment industry began gradually from manufacturing to service industry, but the imbalance of industrial distribution is still very serious. Mainly in the manufacturing and service industry occupies a small proportion. With the gradual improvement of the service market opening after China's entry into the WTO international capital, began to enter China's service industry, and the strong growth momentum. The development of service trade in services led by 20% at an annual growth rate of rapid development, its growth rate is much higher than the trade in goods in speed. However, China's service trade has been in deficit, its international competitiveness is weak, and there is a gradual downward trend. China has entered the "12th Five-Year plan" period of development, service industry and service trade will become the focus of future development. At the same time, our country has continuously For many years, the world has attracted the most FDI in the world. Therefore, it is of certain guiding significance to explore the relationship between service industry FDI and the competitiveness of service trade.
Firstly, FDI theory in services and service trade competitiveness theory analysis, found that the traditional trade theory is applicable to the service trade competitiveness is the theory of comparative advantage and competitive advantage. Based on the analysis of Michael Porter's theory of industrial competitive advantage, the service trade competitiveness is mainly influenced by the factors of production, domestic demand conditions, development the level of the two or three industry, enterprise development strategy in the service industry itself, organization structure and competition status, opportunities for the development of trade in services and government policies and other factors. Then the status quo of China's service industry and the general situation of FDI service trade competitiveness analysis. Find out the interaction between services FDI and service trade through the analysis of the status quo. The transmission mechanism of impact on the competitiveness of China's service trade focus on service industry FDI This paper uses the analysis. Then the idea of service industry, service trade, FDI intermediate variables of the service industry competitiveness ", quantitative relationship between FDI and service trade competitiveness between the empirical analysis, finally according to the analysis to make the conclusion of the study, and the use of existing in China's service industry management problems, combined with China's actual situation, the ability of our service industry to attract foreign investment, improve the competitiveness of China's service trade, promote China's service trade more reasonable, some policy suggestions to improve the direction of development.
