【摘要】：受2008年經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)影響，以出口為主要發(fā)展動(dòng)力的廣東制造業(yè)受到重大影響，，原有制造業(yè)發(fā)展模式難以為繼，尤其是珠江三角洲地區(qū)正處在經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型和發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，制造業(yè)的進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展既面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)，同時(shí)也孕育著重大機(jī)遇。2009年初，國(guó)家發(fā)展和改革委員會(huì)在頒布的《珠江三角洲地區(qū)改革發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2008-2020年)》中明確提出珠三角地區(qū)要構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系，加快發(fā)展先進(jìn)制造業(yè)。現(xiàn)代服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)作為具有較強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性產(chǎn)業(yè)，與制造業(yè)部門聯(lián)系密切，并能在制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。因此，有必要研究現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)與先進(jìn)制造業(yè)之間的關(guān)系，以認(rèn)識(shí)和利用產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)系和發(fā)展規(guī)律，推動(dòng)先進(jìn)制造業(yè)和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本文主要從理論與實(shí)證兩個(gè)層面來研究廣東先進(jìn)制造業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的融合情況。在理論上，本文基于現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)業(yè)融合理論，嘗試建立一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的產(chǎn)業(yè)融合體系，詳盡剖析了動(dòng)態(tài)融合下的四個(gè)基本形態(tài)，繼而從理論上證實(shí)先進(jìn)制造業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的互動(dòng)融合關(guān)系；實(shí)證上，通過對(duì)廣東先進(jìn)制造業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析，將兩者的融合度通過數(shù)理方法用關(guān)聯(lián)性測(cè)度、互動(dòng)性測(cè)度、協(xié)調(diào)性測(cè)度等指標(biāo)表現(xiàn)出來。指標(biāo)結(jié)果表明，廣東現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)表現(xiàn)出一種“高附加值、低帶動(dòng)型”特征；現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展動(dòng)力正逐漸從中間需求向最終需求轉(zhuǎn)變；先進(jìn)制造業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)并沒有形成顯著的互動(dòng)關(guān)系，兩者互動(dòng)性還需加強(qiáng)；現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)先進(jìn)制造業(yè)的依存程度大于先進(jìn)制造業(yè)對(duì)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的依存程度。最后通過超效率DEA的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法，測(cè)度影響廣東先進(jìn)制造業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)融合的因素，發(fā)現(xiàn)服務(wù)業(yè)開放水平、人力資源狀況、科研投入（RD）和市場(chǎng)化水平對(duì)廣東先進(jìn)制造業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)融合良好發(fā)展起到關(guān)鍵作用，對(duì)前述計(jì)算結(jié)果本文針對(duì)性的提出了幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:By the 2008 economic crisis, Guangdong manufacturing industry to export as the main motive force of the development of the great influence, difficult to continue the original model of development of manufacturing industry, especially in the Pearl River Delta region is in a critical period of transformation of economic structure and development mode of the manufacturing industry, the development step is facing severe challenges, but also great the opportunity to.2009 at the beginning of the year, the national development and Reform Commission issued "in the Pearl River Delta region reform and development plan (2008-2020) > clearly in the Pearl River Delta region to build a modern industrial system, accelerate the development of advanced manufacturing industry. The modern service industry as the industry has strong industrial relevance, closely related to the manufacturing sector, and can play an important role in the transformation of manufacturing industry in the upgrading process. Therefore, a study of the relationship between modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry, in order to understand and use The law of industrial relations and development promotes the development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industry.
The fusion of this paper mainly from two aspects of theory and empirical research of Guangdong advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry. In theory, based on the current industry convergence theory, try to establish a dynamic fusion system of the industry, the detailed analysis of the four forms based dynamic integration of the interaction, then the advanced manufacturing and modern service industry integration relationship; empirical analysis, through the analysis of the development status of Guangdong advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry, the integration of mathematical methods with the correlation measure, interactive measure, coordination degree indicators show. Index showed that the Guangdong modern service industry show a kind of high added value, low drive type "characteristics; the motive force of the development of modern service industry is gradually from the middle to the needs of the final demand change; advanced manufacturing and modern service industry is not visible A significant interaction between the two interaction need to be strengthened; modern service industry depends on the advanced manufacturing is greater than that of the advanced manufacturing industry depends on modern service industry. Finally, through the gray correlation analysis method of super efficiency DEA, measure the influence factors of the integration of Guangdong advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry, found that the opening of the service industry the level of human resources, scientific research (RD) and the level of market of Guangdong advanced manufacturing and modern service industry convergence development plays a key role in the results of this paper put forward some suggestions.
