【摘要】：河北省動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)起步較晚,尚處于發(fā)展階段,機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,需積極面對現(xiàn)有問題。即明確市場定位,更新觀念并加強人才建設(shè)機制;積極優(yōu)化整合動漫資源,形成公平、健康的市場;加強國際合作,督促產(chǎn)業(yè)升級。由此縮小與先進省市的差距,盡快提高河北省動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力。
[Abstract]:The animation industry of Hebei Province starts relatively late, is still in the development stage, the opportunity and the challenge coexist, needs to face the existing question positively, namely clear the market localization, the renewal idea and strengthens the talented person construction mechanism; Actively optimize the integration of animation resources to form a fair and healthy market; Strengthen international cooperation, urge industrial upgrading, thus narrowing the gap with the advanced provinces and cities, as soon as possible to improve the competitiveness of the animation industry in Hebei Province.
