【摘要】：生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)區(qū)域性集聚,形成的區(qū)域性資源共享、區(qū)域品牌效應(yīng),對(duì)促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義,因而吸引了大批學(xué)者的研究。 在我國關(guān)于生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚測度和影響因素分析等方面的實(shí)證研究,大多數(shù)研究者選擇的對(duì)象多為北京、上海、長三角等一些發(fā)達(dá)的大都市和地區(qū),對(duì)中西部地區(qū)研究的較少。由于區(qū)域的差別,這些研究對(duì)全國其他省份未必能起到很好的借鑒意義。而重慶市作為中部和西部兩個(gè)區(qū)域的核心城市,其發(fā)展較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式,無疑可以為區(qū)域其他地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供參考意義,因此本文選擇重慶市作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其集聚相關(guān)狀況進(jìn)行研究。 通過國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的搜集整理,概述影響生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚的主要因素,并構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的理論概念模型；采用區(qū)位熵這一指標(biāo)定量分析重慶市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)目前的集聚狀況；同時(shí)采用時(shí)間序列回歸分析方法實(shí)證探討影響重慶市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚水平的關(guān)鍵因素；并據(jù)此,從政府和行業(yè)兩個(gè)層面提出了重慶市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。 論文首先對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的概念、形成機(jī)理以及生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵及分類等相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了論述,并闡述了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚方面研究的相關(guān)視角,為分析重慶生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚狀況提供一定的理論依據(jù)。 其次,在國內(nèi)外已有理論的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)闡述影響生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚的關(guān)鍵因素,并提出相應(yīng)的研究假設(shè)。 第三,對(duì)影響生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚的因素進(jìn)行變量測度,并對(duì)論文所采用的主要研究方法和研究數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說明。 第四,采用區(qū)位熵對(duì)重慶市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)從整體和分行業(yè)的角度分別進(jìn)行測量,并采用時(shí)間序列回歸分析實(shí)證研究了影響重慶市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)整體和各代表行業(yè)集聚水平的關(guān)鍵因素。 最后,根據(jù)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果,分別從政府和行業(yè)的角度,提出了促進(jìn)重慶市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)以后更好的集聚化發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Regional agglomeration of producer services, regional resource sharing and regional brand effect are of great importance for promoting the development of regional economy, which attracted a large number of scholars' research.
In China an empirical research on the factors analysis of the measure and effect of producer service industry, most researchers choose to Beijing, Shanghai, the Yangtze River Delta and other developed cities and regions, the Midwest research less. Due to regional differences, the study of other provinces in the country may not be able to play it good reference. And the city of Chongqing as the core city of the two areas in the central and western regions, the development of better economic model, undoubtedly can provide reference for the development of regional economy in other areas, so this paper chooses Chongqing city as the research object, to study the agglomeration situation.
Through literature collection, the main factors affecting the agglomeration of producer services, and constructs the corresponding concept model; using this location entropy index of quantitative analysis of the production of Chongqing service industry agglomeration status at present; the key factors and using time series regression analysis method empirical study effect of producer service industry in Chongqing the city agglomeration level; and accordingly, countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects of government and industry put forward Chongqing producer service industry cluster development.
Firstly, the concept of industrial agglomeration, basic formation mechanism and productive service connotation and classification theory, and expounds the producer service industry from the perspective of related research, provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of Chongqing producer service industry agglomeration status.
Secondly, on the basis of existing theories at home and abroad, the key factors affecting the agglomeration of production service industry are expounded in detail, and the corresponding research assumptions are put forward.
Third, the factors that affect the agglomeration of production service industry are measured, and the main research methods and research data used in this paper are explained in detail.
Fourth, the location entropy is used to measure the producer services in Chongqing from the perspective of the whole and sub sectors. And the time series regression analysis is used to empirically study the key factors that influence the overall level of the producer services in Chongqing.
Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, from the perspective of government and industry, we put forward policy recommendations to promote the better agglomeration development of Chongqing's producer services.
