【摘要】：房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)在整個房地產(chǎn)生態(tài)鏈中發(fā)揮著承上啟下的作用,可以說它的生存和發(fā)展對整個房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。近年來西安市房地產(chǎn)市場銷售低迷,中小房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)資金趨緊,為真實了解這些企業(yè)融資難問題,筆者通過走訪多家房地產(chǎn)企業(yè),并結(jié)合西安市場分析了房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的生存現(xiàn)狀和面臨的困難,提出企業(yè)走出融資困境,走向持續(xù)發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Real estate enterprises play a connecting role in the whole real estate ecological chain, it can be said that its survival and development is very important to the development of the whole real estate industry. In recent years, the sales of Xi'an real estate market are depressed, and the funds of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises are becoming tighter. In order to truly understand the financing difficulties of these enterprises, the author analyzes the living situation and difficulties of real estate enterprises by visiting many real estate enterprises, and analyzes the survival status and difficulties faced by real estate enterprises, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to get out of the financing predicament and move towards sustainable development.
