【摘要】：本文對我國房地產(chǎn)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理特征及產(chǎn)權(quán)狀況進(jìn)行分析和研究,能夠?qū)Ψ康禺a(chǎn)測量結(jié)果產(chǎn)生重要影響。并基于實(shí)際案例,分析產(chǎn)權(quán)狀況對房地產(chǎn)測量工作的主要影響,為提出改進(jìn)策略奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the characteristics and status of real estate property rights management in China are analyzed and studied, which can have an important impact on the real estate measurement results. Based on the actual case, this paper analyzes the main influence of property right on real estate measurement, and lays the foundation for putting forward the improvement strategy.
