【摘要】：在房地產(chǎn)眾籌項目推出的背景下,本文結合數(shù)學建模的知識對眾籌項目進行分析研究。通過考慮諸多因素并結合國家相關條例與政策,對眾籌項目進行全面核算,包括:容積率、總收入、開發(fā)成本、開發(fā)費用、成本投入、增值稅、預期收益等。幫助眾籌項目公布信息。
[Abstract]:Under the background of real estate crowdfunding project, this paper analyzes the crowdfunding project with the knowledge of mathematical modeling. By considering many factors and combining the relevant national regulations and policies, this paper makes a comprehensive accounting of crowdfunding projects, including: volume ratio, total revenue, development cost, cost input, value-added tax, expected income, etc. Help crowdfunding project release information.
