【摘要】：文章把我國(guó)對(duì)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)調(diào)控的政策劃分為四個(gè)階段,并分析了每次調(diào)控政策對(duì)地方政府、房地產(chǎn)商、購(gòu)房者三大主體的影響。我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)過(guò)十幾年的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)已有了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展,但整體走勢(shì)是在震蕩中快速上升。房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)帶動(dòng)了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,但是也積累了大量的泡沫。在愈加嚴(yán)格的房地產(chǎn)調(diào)控下,房地產(chǎn)相關(guān)利益集團(tuán)的博弈成為了政策改變的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:This paper divides the regulation policy of real estate industry into four stages, and analyzes the influence of each regulation policy on the local government, real estate developers and property buyers. After more than ten years' development, China's real estate market has made considerable progress and development, but the overall trend is rising rapidly in the shock. Real estate industry has driven the further development of our economy, but also accumulated a large number of bubbles. Under the increasingly strict real estate regulation, the game of real estate related interest groups has become the basis of policy change.
