[Abstract]:In the opening year of the 13th Five-Year Plan, eight things happened in Shanghai: "grasp landing, seek breakthrough", build a free trade experimental area with the highest degree of openness, "grasp mechanism, strengthen linkage", release innovative effect, "excellent stock, increase education", deepen industrial restructuring and upgrading; "reduce costs, reduce tax burden", enhance the vitality of the market, "optimize structure, promote innovation", stabilize the real estate market, "promote reform, expand opening", strengthen the support of financial function, "turn function, pay more attention to actual effect", improve the business environment; To improve the well-being of the people's livelihood.
