秦皇島萬(wàn)科假日風(fēng)景項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究
[Abstract]:The booming development of the real estate market makes the industry become the economic growth point and the pillar of the national economy. The development cycle of real estate project is long and the risk is great. Especially the project schedule management is very challenging. The delay of the project will not only directly affect the timely delivery of the project, but also will have a great impact on the cost and quality of the project. At the same time, the delay in the delivery of real estate projects will not only cause compensation for breach of contract, but also will cause adverse social impact. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to study the progress management of real estate projects. As the leader of China's real estate industry, Vanke Corporation has a wide range of projects in more than 40 cities in China, and the project management level is in the advanced level of the industry, which has the universal significance of research. This paper takes the Vanke Qinhuangdao Holiday Scenic Project as the research object, applies the project schedule management theory to carry on the systematic research to the progress management of the project. On the basis of summarizing the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper adopts the method of combining theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative to discuss the management of the progress plan of the real estate project. Firstly, the theory of project schedule management is systematically combed, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of schedule management of Qinhuangdao Vanke Holiday Scenic Project. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the progress of the Vanke Holiday Landscape Project, the paper analyzes the work breakdown structure of the project, the responsibility distribution matrix and the preparation of the schedule plan. Four aspects of the optimization of the progress plan of the project are studied. Finally, the control process of the project progress is analyzed, and the problems are found in the process of the project, and according to the quality and progress, the paper analyzes the progress of the project. Based on the interaction and unity of cost, the paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on the schedule control of the holiday scenery project of Vanke Qinhuangdao.
