朔州市房地產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:房地產(chǎn)業(yè)具有流通與服務(wù)的功能,它關(guān)聯(lián)度高,帶動力強(qiáng),目前已經(jīng)成為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用舉足輕重,對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)明顯。伴隨經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長和城市化水平的快速提高,中國將有幾億人口涌入城市,必然給房地產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來巨大的發(fā)展空間。 自進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高,我國房地產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了迅速的發(fā)展。房地產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,并且還帶動了建筑、化工、家具等相關(guān)行業(yè)的發(fā)展。房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展已成為居民、政府、房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)商共同關(guān)注的問題。但是,房地產(chǎn)業(yè)在迅速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也存在著許多的問題急需解決,因此,對朔州市房地產(chǎn)市場的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析是十分必要的。 本文通過運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)以及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等學(xué)科知識,對朔州市房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。文章主要包括五個(gè)部分。第一,闡述了研究朔州市房地產(chǎn)市場的背景及意義,并對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)房地產(chǎn)研究狀況進(jìn)行了綜述及評價(jià)。第二,闡述了有關(guān)房地產(chǎn)的理論。第三,分析了朔州市房地產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,對朔州市房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行分析,找出發(fā)展中存在的問題。第四,通過研究國內(nèi)外的房地產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式并借鑒相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第五,提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議,希望通過這些對策建議能促進(jìn)朔州市房地產(chǎn)市場健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The real estate industry has the function of circulation and service. It has high correlation degree and strong driving force. At present, it has become the pillar industry of the national economy of our country. It plays an important role in the development of national economy, and contributes obviously to the economic growth. With the rapid growth of economy and the rapid improvement of urbanization level, hundreds of millions of people will flood into cities in China, which will inevitably bring huge development space to the real estate industry. Since entering the 21 century, with the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the real estate industry of our country has been developing rapidly. The real estate industry has become one of the pillar industries of our national economy, and has also promoted the development of construction, chemical, furniture and other related industries. The development of real estate industry has become a common concern of residents, governments and real estate developers. However, with the rapid development of the real estate industry, there are many problems that need to be solved. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the present situation of the real estate market in Shuozhou City. By using the knowledge of economics and regional economics, this paper makes an empirical study on the development of real estate in Shuozhou City. The article mainly includes five parts. First, it expounds the background and significance of the research on Shuozhou real estate market, and summarizes and evaluates the research situation of real estate at home and abroad. Second, elaborated the theory about the real estate. Thirdly, it analyzes the current situation of the real estate industry in Shuozhou City, analyzes the development situation of the real estate industry in Shuozhou City, and finds out the problems existing in the development. Fourth, through the study of the real estate development model at home and abroad and draw on relevant experience. Fifth, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, hope to promote the healthy development of Shuozhou real estate market through these countermeasures and suggestions.
