【摘要】：正案情介紹2009年2月,某省A房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)"A公司")對(duì)其開(kāi)發(fā)的某小區(qū)項(xiàng)目"金花米黃"等五大類(lèi)石材采購(gòu)進(jìn)行了公開(kāi)招標(biāo)。A房地產(chǎn)公司對(duì)石材采購(gòu)的種類(lèi)、數(shù)量及質(zhì)量要求在招標(biāo)文件中作了明確的要求,要求通過(guò)投標(biāo)資格審查的投標(biāo)單位進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)競(jìng)價(jià),競(jìng)價(jià)采用降價(jià)競(jìng)價(jià)方式,按價(jià)底者得的原則確定中標(biāo)人,同時(shí)招標(biāo)文件規(guī)定確定中標(biāo)人后,中標(biāo)人須在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)與招標(biāo)人簽訂《中標(biāo)確認(rèn)書(shū)》,中標(biāo)人須在簽訂《中標(biāo)確認(rèn)書(shū)》次日起7日內(nèi)與招標(biāo)人簽訂
[Abstract]:In February 2009, A province A Real Estate Development Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "A Company") has made public tenders for the purchase of five kinds of stone materials, such as "Golden Flower Rice and Yellow", a small district project developed by the company. A real estate company has conducted public bidding on the types of stone materials purchased by a real estate company. The requirements of quantity and quality are specified in the bidding documents. The bidding units that pass the examination of bidding qualification are required to conduct on-site bidding, the bidding adopts the method of price reduction, and the winning bidder is determined according to the principle obtained by the bidder at the bottom of the price. At the same time, the tender documents stipulate that after the successful bidder is determined, the winning bidder must sign the "confirmation of the bid" with the tenderer on the spot, and the successful bidder shall sign with the tenderer within 7 days from the next day after the signing of the "confirmation of the bid"
