【摘要】：房地產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)關(guān)系到社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,如果做好了統(tǒng)計(jì)工作,能夠?yàn)檎臎Q策提供參考依據(jù),所以它具有非常重要的意義。但是從當(dāng)前的整體情況來看,有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人員沒有充分認(rèn)識(shí)到統(tǒng)計(jì)工作的重要性,府有關(guān)部門與行業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)性相對(duì)比較差。同時(shí),整個(gè)行業(yè)缺乏完善的統(tǒng)計(jì)工作制度,報(bào)表工作很難展開,而且統(tǒng)計(jì)人員的整體水平不是很高,這些問題在很大程度上影響了房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此本文根據(jù)這些問題提出了相應(yīng)的解決措施。
[Abstract]:Real estate statistics is related to the development of social economy. If the statistical work is done well, it can provide a reference for the government to make decisions, so it is of great significance. However, from the current overall situation, the relevant leaders have not fully recognized the importance of statistical work, and the coordination between the relevant government departments and trade agencies is relatively poor. At the same time, the whole industry lacks the perfect statistical work system, the report form work is very difficult to carry out, and the overall level of the statisticians is not very high, these problems affect the development of the real estate industry to a great extent. Therefore, according to these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions.
