【摘要】：跨區(qū)域發(fā)展是一種可以幫助企業(yè)發(fā)展壯大的重要途徑,但關(guān)于一國(guó)之內(nèi)跨省區(qū)的企業(yè)發(fā)展研究并不充分。本文以資源基礎(chǔ)觀和制度理論為基礎(chǔ),提出了企業(yè)跨省區(qū)發(fā)展的理論框架,并用房地產(chǎn)上市公司的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,企業(yè)跨區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略可以為企業(yè)帶來(lái)良好的績(jī)效;而且項(xiàng)目所在地的市場(chǎng)制度環(huán)境發(fā)展程度正向調(diào)節(jié)跨區(qū)域發(fā)展與績(jī)效間的關(guān)系;項(xiàng)目當(dāng)?shù)氐男袠I(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況對(duì)企業(yè)跨區(qū)域發(fā)展與績(jī)效間的關(guān)系存在顯著負(fù)向影響;企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)正向調(diào)節(jié)企業(yè)跨區(qū)域發(fā)展與績(jī)效間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Cross-regional development is an important way to help enterprises develop and grow, but the research on inter-provincial enterprise development in a country is not sufficient. Based on the resource-based view and institutional theory, this paper puts forward a theoretical framework for the development of enterprises across provinces and regions, and verifies the model with the data of listed real estate companies. The empirical results show that the cross-regional development strategy can bring good performance to the enterprise, and the development degree of the market institutional environment in the project site positively regulates the relationship between cross-regional development and performance. There is a significant negative impact on the relationship between the cross-regional development and the performance of the enterprise, and the property right of the enterprise positively regulates the relationship between the cross-regional development and the performance of the enterprise.
