基于素質(zhì)洋蔥模型的KT公司基層員工培訓(xùn)研究

【摘要】:知識經(jīng)濟(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來,對企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn),人力資源管理對于企業(yè)重要性日益凸顯,而在人力資源管理中,如何去提升人員的素質(zhì),培訓(xùn)是一個(gè)重要的方式和手段,培訓(xùn)可以有效提升企業(yè)的人力資本存量,因此,員工的培訓(xùn)越來越被企業(yè)所重視。素質(zhì)模型在人力資源管理中的廣泛應(yīng)用,為員工培訓(xùn)帶來了一種新的思路。在人力資源管理中,素質(zhì)模型可以準(zhǔn)確的刻畫出一個(gè)員工具備的基本素質(zhì),而在員工培訓(xùn)中,準(zhǔn)確的把握員工的基本素質(zhì)能力的高低,,可以有針對性的開發(fā)培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,從而有效的提高培訓(xùn)的效果。 長期以來在企業(yè)的培訓(xùn),更多的是針對管理層的培訓(xùn),大多數(shù)企業(yè)忽視對基層員工的培訓(xùn),而基層員工作為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略能否有效落地的關(guān)鍵執(zhí)行者,他們的素質(zhì)的高低會(huì)直接影響到一個(gè)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的有效實(shí)現(xiàn)。 重慶KT置業(yè)有限公司是重慶市國有專業(yè)房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè),隨著公司不斷的發(fā)展,員工隊(duì)伍不斷壯大,基層員工所占的比重也越來越大,但是長期以來KT公司并不重視對基層員工的培訓(xùn),培訓(xùn)時(shí)并沒有考慮到基層員工本身的需求和素質(zhì)特征。而基層員工素質(zhì)的高低直接影響著企業(yè)的效益。本文以KT置業(yè)有限公司的基層員工作為研究對象,把素質(zhì)模型和培訓(xùn)的一些相關(guān)理論結(jié)合在一起,對KT公司現(xiàn)有基層員工培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,把握在基層員工培訓(xùn)中什么因素會(huì)影響到培訓(xùn)體系的建立,以及這些因素對基層員工培訓(xùn)效果的影響程度,從而在此基礎(chǔ)上幫助公司設(shè)計(jì)基于洋蔥模型的公司基層員工培訓(xùn)體系,為公司未來的發(fā)展提供一個(gè)有力的支撐。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the era of knowledge economy has brought new challenges to the development of enterprises, the importance of human resources management for enterprises is increasingly prominent, but in human resources management, how to improve the quality of personnel, Training is an important way and means, training can effectively improve the stock of human capital, therefore, the training of employees has been paid more and more attention. The wide application of diathesis model in human resource management brings a new idea to employee training. In the human resource management, the quality model can accurately depict the basic quality of an employee, while in the staff training, accurately grasp the level of the basic quality of the staff, can be targeted to develop the training content, In order to effectively improve the effect of training. For a long time, training in enterprises is aimed at the training of management. Most enterprises ignore the training of grass-roots employees, and grass-roots employees are the key executors of the effective landing of enterprise strategies. Their quality will directly affect the effective realization of an enterprise's strategic objectives. Chongqing KT Real Estate Co., Ltd. is a state-owned professional real estate development enterprise in Chongqing. With the continuous development of the company, the number of employees is growing, and the proportion of grass-roots employees is increasing. However, for a long time, KT does not attach importance to the training of grass-roots employees, and the training does not take into account the needs and quality characteristics of grass-roots employees. And the basic level of staff quality directly affects the efficiency of enterprises. This paper takes the grass-roots employees of KT Real Estate Co., Ltd. as the research object, combines the quality model with some related theories of training, and investigates and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the basic level staff training in KT Company. Grasp what factors will affect the establishment of the training system in the grass-roots staff training, and the degree of these factors to the grass-roots staff training effect, On the basis of this, we can help the company to design the basic employee training system based on onion model, and provide a strong support for the future development of the company.
