HC房地產(chǎn)公司財務(wù)管理戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:The financial management strategy is highly functional and plays an important supporting role in the formation of the company's overall strategy. This role comes from the core part of enterprise development and operation-corporate capital. The strategy of financial management plays an inestimable role in the increment, investment, income and distribution of funds, and it can be regarded as the blood of a company's development. In this paper, using the SWOT enterprise management analysis method, taking HC Real Estate Group Company as the research object, on the basis of the in-depth study of its financial management situation, this paper puts forward an effective financial management solution. Firstly, we introduce the general situation of HC real estate company, and then analyze the financial management situation of HC real estate group company deeply and meticulously, and find out some outstanding problems in the financial management of HC real estate group company. On the basis of our previous research, HC real estate group has formulated strict financial management objectives. In order to ensure the realization of the goal of financial management, we have deeply and systematically studied each stage of financial flow from the aspect of financial management, and put forward a lot of enlightening suggestions combined with the previous evaluation methods. Firstly, this paper analyzes the financial data of HC Real Estate Group Company in the last ten years by using the method of static and dynamic combination, mainly including cash, repayment, assets and so on. Secondly, using the SWOT financial management analysis method, this paper analyzes the main environment and challenges faced by HC real estate group company, its competitive advantages and disadvantages, and finds out the defects in its financial management planning. On this basis, a new medium-and-long-term plan for raising funds, using funds and returning funds has been formulated. Thirdly, in order to improve the market competitive advantage of HC Real Estate Group Company, this paper analyzes the financial situation of HC Company through a new financial evaluation method. Combined with the industry level, the implementation of financial management planning of HC company is discussed. Finally, based on the previous theories, the research results of this paper are summarized, and the practical expectation of the industry prospect is put forward.
