【摘要】：住房是透視社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)分化狀況的重要視角。與經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革相對(duì)應(yīng),我國(guó)城市住房制度改革也是漸進(jìn)性的。從單位住房生產(chǎn)體制,到房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)與單位住房體制雙軌并行,再到新住房體制建立,城市住房領(lǐng)域發(fā)生了極大變化,呈現(xiàn)出明顯的階段性特征。在住房制度改革過(guò)程中,住房產(chǎn)權(quán)、土地使用制度以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展整體模式的變化,使得不同住房群體在分配體制中的位置發(fā)生了變化,而住房不平等也隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與社會(huì)激勵(lì)程度的增加而逐步擴(kuò)大。
[Abstract]:Housing is an important perspective of social structure differentiation. Corresponding to the reform of economic system, the reform of urban housing system in China is also gradual. From the unit housing production system to the dual track of the real estate market and the unit housing system, to the establishment of the new housing system, great changes have taken place in the field of urban housing, showing obvious stage characteristics. In the process of housing system reform, the change of housing property rights, land use system and the overall pattern of economic development has changed the position of different housing groups in the distribution system. But the housing inequality also along with the economic development and the social incentive degree increases and expands step by step.
