【摘要】：正我國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)當(dāng)前還是一個比較新興的行業(yè),很多房地產(chǎn)公司也都處在成長階段,所以管理體系還不是非常健全,隨之而來的管理問題也就比較多。盡管全面資金預(yù)算管理是具有很好應(yīng)用性以及實操性的管理方法,還能夠有效提升房地產(chǎn)公司的資金管理效率,但是筆者調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),不少房地產(chǎn)公司雖然進(jìn)行了全面資金預(yù)算管理,但是收效卻遠(yuǎn)差過預(yù)期。因此,筆者對YHY房地產(chǎn)公司進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的調(diào)研,并結(jié)合該公司的實際運營情況,優(yōu)化其當(dāng)前的資金預(yù)算管理體系,并將優(yōu)化措施進(jìn)行定向延伸。

Therefore, the author carries on the thorough research to the YHY real estate company, and unifies this company's actual operation situation, optimizes its current fund budget management system, and will optimize the measure to carry on the directional extension.
