SYZ公司績(jī)效考核體系改進(jìn)研究
[Abstract]:With the gradual relaxation of the urban real estate regulation policy, the real estate market will be reactive and the real estate market competition will be more severe. This paper, through the analysis of the current situation of the performance appraisal system of SYZ company, explores the mode of building an effective performance appraisal system, methods and active practice in order to improve the performance test of SYZ company. At the same time, it can provide reference for the future performance appraisal system adjustment of SYZ company. Therefore, it has a strong practical significance. Through the statistical analysis of investigation and inquiry, SYZ company has not formed a set of combination. The effective staff performance evaluation system does not give full attention to the results of the staff assessment, the staff's needs have not been fully met, the staff performance is not closely connected with the enterprise strategy and performance goals. Through this study, the following basic conclusions are obtained: (1) improve the performance appraisal body of SYZ company. The system of performance assessment must be closely combined with the strategic objectives of the enterprise. The performance assessment system is the starting point of the performance appraisal system. A perfect performance appraisal system can reduce the pressure of the managers and the performance assessment. The enterprise managers, especially the top executives, have undertaken all the pressure and responsibility of the enterprise, and the performance appraisal system is established and perfected. All the employees of the enterprise will bear the corresponding responsibility and pressure. (2) the application of performance assessment results in the management of human resources provides a more reliable standard for the allocation of salary, employee incentive and personnel decision-making in the process of enterprise management, and makes the results of the assessment fair and fair, which will enhance the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the employees. (3) the new performance index system is based on the specific conditions of SYZ company, combining with the standards, quantifiable and understandable principles, improving the fairness and operability of the assessment, and avoiding some of the problems of.SYZ company performance assessment which are easy to meet in the operation of the traditional classification method, and need to be constantly explored in the work practice. According to the development of the company, the cable, evaluation and improvement, and according to the development of the company, not only adapt to the current development needs of the company, but also conform to the company's strategic development plan, and promote the core competition of the company by performance assessment, so as to achieve the goal of the company's strategic development.
