基于移動機器人圖像融合的場景重建

【摘要】:場景重建技術是計算機視覺的研究熱點,隨著計算機圖形學技術的發(fā)展,以及城市規(guī)劃、房地產、旅游、科教、軍事等眾多領域對虛擬仿真、展示需求的不斷涌現,虛擬環(huán)境系統(tǒng)得到了越來越廣泛的應用,并呈現出由單一繪制手段、對單一場景對象進行表現向多種繪制手段綜合、對大規(guī)模、多對象復雜場景進行渲染發(fā)展的趨勢。與此同時,現代信息感知、識別、傳輸和處理技術的不斷提高,要求在虛擬環(huán)境系統(tǒng)中采用更為豐富和直觀的手段對大量信息和對象進行建模和表現,為虛擬環(huán)境中信息的統(tǒng)一管理提供條件 本文主要研究根據移動機器人攝像頭獲取的單張圖像和多張圖像信息實現單幅圖片場景重建和多幅圖像場景重建的方法。首先詳細介紹了場景重建技術的研究背景與研究現狀,從而展現其重要的研究意義與廣闊的應用前景。然后對現有的場景重建方法進行介紹與比較,并確定使用全景圖技術和滅線TIP技術來完成本次設計。本論文的主要工作成果如下: (1)構建基于圖像幾何變換的圖像拼接理論。構建全景圖建模整體理論,依現有的SIFT特征點提取、匹配與配準方法,利用圖像幾何變換關系自動求取理論解決圖像的平移、圖像的旋轉以及不同尺度大小圖像的拼接。 (2)滅點TIP圖像建模計算方法研究。依托現有單幅照片圖像建模方法,研究基于單滅點和雙滅點的圖像建模計算方法和重建的三維模型深度信息求取過程。 (3)構建滅線TIP圖像建模的改進模型。分析基于滅點建模方法的缺陷產省原因構建滅點到滅線的過渡模型,提出了基于滅線建模的改進模型,并提出基于深度計算的圖像漫游理論,實現滅線T工P模型漫游。 (4)全景圖與滅點TIP兩種圖像建模方法的結合理論研究。研究兩種方法在生成效果上存在互補性,實現全景圖與滅點TIP的兩個模型的平滑連接。
[Abstract]:Scene reconstruction technology is the research hotspot of computer vision. With the development of computer graphics technology and the demand for virtual simulation and display in many fields such as urban planning, real estate, tourism, science and education, military and so on, Virtual environment system has been more and more widely used, and it shows the trend that the single scene object is represented by multiple rendering methods, and the large-scale and multi-object complex scene is rendered and developed by a single rendering method. At the same time, the continuous improvement of modern information perception, recognition, transmission and processing technology requires the use of richer and more intuitive means to model and represent a large number of information and objects in the virtual environment system. This paper mainly studies the methods of single picture scene reconstruction and multiple image scene reconstruction based on single image and multiple image information obtained by mobile robot camera. Firstly, the research background and present situation of scene reconstruction technology are introduced in detail, so as to show its important research significance and broad application prospect. Then the existing scene reconstruction methods are introduced and compared, and the panoramic image technology and wire-out tip technology are used to complete the design. The main achievements of this thesis are as follows: (1) Image mosaic theory based on image geometric transformation is constructed. The whole theory of panoramic modeling is constructed. According to the existing sift feature points extraction, matching and registration, the theory of image geometric transformation is used to solve the problem of image translation automatically. The rotation of images and the stitching of images of different scales. (2) study on the modeling and calculation method of tip image with vanishing point. Based on the existing single photo image modeling methods, this paper studies the calculation method of image modeling based on single vanishing point and double vanishing point and the process of obtaining depth information of reconstructed 3D model. (3) an improved model of vanishing tip image modeling is constructed. Based on the vanishing point modeling method, the transition model from vanishing point to vanishing line is constructed, and an improved model based on vanishing line modeling is put forward, and the image roaming theory based on depth calculation is put forward. (4) A theoretical study on the combination of panoramic image and vanishing tip image modeling method. It is studied that the two methods are complementary to each other in generating effect and realize the smooth connection between the panorama and the two models of the vanishing tip.
