【摘要】：南環(huán)快速路西延工程為蘇州市“井字加環(huán)”快速道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,聯(lián)系高新區(qū)獅山組團(tuán)、科技城組團(tuán)、生態(tài)城組團(tuán)、光福、太湖旅游度假區(qū)、胥口鎮(zhèn)、木瀆鎮(zhèn),形成重要的機(jī)動(dòng)車交通走廊,從而推動(dòng)蘇州西南部地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。另外,南環(huán)快速路西延將完善蘇州快速路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),改變蘇福路快速路一期終點(diǎn)處交通擁擠的狀況。 主要研究成果包括以下幾個(gè)方面： 首先通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理特別是項(xiàng)目論證與評(píng)估理論的介紹,從理論上對(duì)于南環(huán)快速路西延的建設(shè)提供支撐。其次是通過(guò)對(duì)南環(huán)快速路西延對(duì)于蘇州市內(nèi)各個(gè)組團(tuán)規(guī)劃水平提升作用的研究,從整體規(guī)劃的角度確定了南環(huán)快速路西延工程的必要性。第三,通過(guò)對(duì)區(qū)內(nèi)現(xiàn)階段及未來(lái)交通流量的分析與預(yù)測(cè),進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目方案設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)南環(huán)快速路工程的可行性進(jìn)行細(xì)化。第四,對(duì)南環(huán)快速路西延工程實(shí)施管理過(guò)程中存在的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,使得南環(huán)快速路西延建設(shè)的若干關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題得以展現(xiàn),防止出現(xiàn)建設(shè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。最后,項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)將對(duì)該區(qū)域的開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)帶來(lái)積極影響,通過(guò)改善交通和環(huán)境質(zhì)量,完善路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),從而增強(qiáng)該區(qū)域?qū)ν庹猩桃Y的吸引力,促進(jìn)該區(qū)域房地產(chǎn)、餐飲、商業(yè)等第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,成為帶動(dòng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的新動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:The west extension project of Nanhuan Expressway is an important part of Suzhou City's "well word plus ring" expressway network system. It relates to the Lion Rock regiment, the science and technology city group, the ecological city group, the Guangfu, the Taihu tourist resort, the Xu Kou town, and the wooden dereliction town. The formation of an important motor vehicle transport corridor, thus promoting the economic development of the southwestern region of Suzhou. In addition, the west extension of the South Ring Expressway will improve the structure of Suzhou Expressway and change the traffic congestion at the first stage of Sufu Expressway. The main research results include the following aspects: firstly, through the introduction of project management, especially the theory of project argumentation and evaluation, the paper provides theoretical support for the construction of the west extension of the South Ring Expressway. Secondly, through the study of the west extension of the South Ring Expressway for the promotion of the planning level of various groups in Suzhou City, the necessity of the West extension Project of the Nanhuan Expressway is determined from the perspective of the overall planning. Thirdly, through the analysis and forecast of the current and future traffic flow in the area, the project scheme design is carried out, and the feasibility of the Nanhuan Expressway project is refined. Fourthly, the key problems existing in the process of the implementation and management of the west extension project of the South Ring Expressway are studied, so that some key problems of the construction of the west extension of the South Ring Expressway can be revealed and the construction risks can be prevented. Finally, the construction of the project will have a positive impact on the development and construction of the region. By improving the quality of traffic and environment, improving the structure of the road network, thereby enhancing the attractiveness of the region in attracting foreign investment, and promoting real estate and catering in the region, The further development of the third industry, such as commerce, has become a new driving force for local economic growth.
