【摘要】:目前,房地產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)入了白銀時(shí)代,競(jìng)爭越來越激烈,營銷的重要性也日益顯現(xiàn)出來,體驗(yàn)營銷的作用也逐漸被開發(fā)商所重視。通過對(duì)房地產(chǎn)體驗(yàn)營銷的內(nèi)涵和作用的提煉,重點(diǎn)對(duì)住宅項(xiàng)目體驗(yàn)營銷的過程及其策略進(jìn)行了分類分析。
[Abstract]:At present, the real estate industry has entered the silver era, the competition is becoming more and more fierce, the importance of marketing is increasingly apparent, and the role of experience marketing is gradually attached importance to by developers. Through refining the connotation and function of the real estate experience marketing, the paper analyzes the process and strategy of the residential project experience marketing.
