【摘要】：本研究以中國(guó)全域?yàn)檠芯繀^(qū),從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展因素、社會(huì)發(fā)展因素、生態(tài)保障因素3方面構(gòu)建中國(guó)土地集約利用水平評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用多因素綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)研究區(qū)2001—2015年土地集約利用水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)2001—2004年,土地利用不集約情況下集約度日益下降;2005—2015年,土地利用集約度不斷提升,在2015年土地利用集約度水平達(dá)到峰值。(2)在15年的研究時(shí)間中,中國(guó)土地集約利用水平從Ⅳ級(jí)優(yōu)化為Ⅱ級(jí)。2001—2010年中國(guó)土地集約利用水平為Ⅳ級(jí),即土地利用不集約;2011—2012年中國(guó)土地集約利用水平提升為Ⅲ級(jí),即土地利用基本集約;2013—2015年中國(guó)土地集約利用水平進(jìn)一步提升為Ⅱ級(jí),即土地利用集約。(3)綜合分析土地集約利用影響因素,經(jīng)濟(jì)因素在評(píng)價(jià)中起主要作用,房地產(chǎn)投資完成額、地均固定資產(chǎn)投資額、財(cái)政支出、地均社會(huì)消費(fèi)品零售總額是影響中國(guó)土地節(jié)約利用水平的主要因素。
[Abstract]:This study takes the whole area of China as the research area and constructs the evaluation index system of land intensive use level in China from three aspects: economic development factors, social development factors and ecological security factors. Multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the level of intensive land use in the study area from 2001 to 2015. The results show that from 2001 to 2004, the degree of land use intensity in the case of non-intensive land use is decreasing day by day. In 2005-2015, the intensity of land use has been increasing, and the level of land use intensity has reached a peak in 2015.
