【摘要】：城市舊區(qū)改造是在城市老化地區(qū)進(jìn)行有規(guī)劃、有目的的城市改造建設(shè)，針對(duì)城市現(xiàn)存中建筑、空間、環(huán)境及功能等進(jìn)行必要的調(diào)整和改變，以改善居民勞動(dòng)、生活、服務(wù)及休息的條件。 當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)隨著舊城改造規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，受市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律的支配，舊城改造項(xiàng)目在一些地方逐漸演變成一種大規(guī)模的房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目，這種開(kāi)發(fā)方式以獲取利益為主要目標(biāo)，追求單一的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益，對(duì)舊城改造的復(fù)雜性缺乏認(rèn)識(shí)，忽略城市內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)，破壞城市傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌特色，致使城市整體環(huán)境難以得到真正有效的改善。 本文以喀什傳統(tǒng)城市人文環(huán)境及民俗文化為主要背景，以現(xiàn)代城市規(guī)劃理論為依據(jù)，以喀什恰薩區(qū)老城改造為主要研究?jī)?nèi)容，探索地域性歷史文化名城如何在尊重本土民族信仰、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣及價(jià)值觀的基礎(chǔ)上，既順應(yīng)城市大發(fā)展的時(shí)代要求，又能滿(mǎn)足當(dāng)?shù)鼐用駥?duì)現(xiàn)代物質(zhì)生活、精神生活的新需求；文章還通過(guò)陳述式使用后評(píng)估(POE)這一評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)恰薩B片區(qū)進(jìn)行使用后評(píng)估，，并借助評(píng)估結(jié)論研究改造后喀什民居給使用者帶來(lái)的空間感受，從而判斷老城改造方案的預(yù)期目標(biāo)與真正建成民居使用后結(jié)果之間的響應(yīng)度，以及外來(lái)城市文化的植入對(duì)地域性、本土原真城市文化的影響，以期通過(guò)上述努力能使我們對(duì)舊城住區(qū)問(wèn)題有更清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)，同時(shí)指導(dǎo)我們?cè)诳焖倩鞘写蟀l(fā)展的背景下進(jìn)行的舊城更新與改造實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:The reconstruction of urban old areas is a planned and purposeful urban reconstruction in the aging area of the city. The necessary adjustments and changes are made to the existing buildings, space, environment and functions in the city, in order to improve the conditions of the residents' work, life, service and rest.
At present, with the expansion of the transformation scale of the old city and the rule of the market economy, the old city transformation project has gradually evolved into a large-scale real estate development project in some places. This way of development is aimed at obtaining benefits as the main goal, pursuing a single economic benefit, lack of understanding of the complexity of the old city transformation and neglecting the city. The internal organizational structure of the city destroys the traditional features of the city, which makes it difficult to effectively improve the overall environment of the city.
Based on the cultural environment and folk culture of the traditional city of Kashi as the main background, based on the modern urban planning theory and the transformation of the old city in Kashi, the main research content is to explore how the regional historical and cultural city should comply with the times of the city's great development on the basis of respect for local ethnic beliefs, customs and habits and values. It can also meet the new needs of the local residents for modern material life and spiritual life. The article also assessed the post use assessment (POE) evaluation system after using the post use assessment (POE) evaluation system, and studied the spatial feelings brought by the reformed dwellings to the users with the help of the evaluation results, so as to judge the expectation of the transformation plan of the old city. The response degree between the target and the result of the real residential construction, the influence of the implanting of the foreign city culture on the local and the native original city culture, in order to make us have a clearer understanding of the problem of the old city residential area through the above efforts, and to guide the renewal of the old city under the background of the rapid development of the city. And reform practice.
