【摘要】：2003年以來(lái),我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)歷經(jīng)了“黃金十年”,對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生了重大影響。伴隨著房地產(chǎn)泡沫的快速膨脹,國(guó)家及地方政府針對(duì)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)過熱現(xiàn)象先后頒發(fā)了多項(xiàng)調(diào)控政策,對(duì)近幾年的土地供應(yīng)、房?jī)r(jià)走勢(shì)產(chǎn)生了巨大影響。本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,結(jié)合企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的基本理論,對(duì)河北建投城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)開發(fā)有限公司的基本情況、財(cái)務(wù)能力與資源狀況等方面進(jìn)行分析,尋找公司目前發(fā)展過程中存在的問題及原因。通過SWOT模型,對(duì)公司所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境做了分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用SWOT分析矩陣提出了戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的選擇方案,明確了公司發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),并提出了公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施及保障措施。
[Abstract]:Since 2003, China's real estate industry has experienced a "golden decade", which has had a significant impact on the national economy. With the rapid expansion of the real estate bubble, the state and local governments have issued a number of adjustment and control policies in view of the overheating of the real estate market, which has had a great impact on the land supply and house price trend in recent years. This paper summarizes the development situation of the real estate industry at home and abroad, and analyzes the basic situation, financial ability and resource situation of Hebei Construction and Development Co., Ltd., based on the basic theory of enterprise strategic management. Look for the problems and reasons in the current development of the company. Through the SWOT model, the internal and external environment of the company is analyzed, and on the basis of this, the selection scheme of the strategic development is put forward by using the SWOT analysis matrix, and the strategic goal of the development of the company is defined. And put forward the implementation of the company's development strategy and safeguard measures.
