【摘要】：正上海市住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)管理委、市規(guī)劃國(guó)土資源局日前聯(lián)合下發(fā)《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)本市房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管促進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展的意見(jiàn)》,提出在繼續(xù)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步完善本市住房市場(chǎng)體系和保障體系促進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展的若干意見(jiàn)》(即"滬九條")的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管,加大執(zhí)法力度,規(guī)范市場(chǎng)秩序,堅(jiān)決遏制房?jī)r(jià)
