【摘要】：為了防治大型商住房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境污染問題,本論文經(jīng)過實(shí)地調(diào)查選擇呼和浩特市地區(qū)的一個(gè)大型綜合房地產(chǎn)開放項(xiàng)目為例,對(duì)項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)生的污染進(jìn)行環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)研究。通過了解該項(xiàng)目所在區(qū)域的環(huán)境質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀,以及項(xiàng)目施工及運(yùn)行過程中主要產(chǎn)生的污染因子及其排放情況,分析其對(duì)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生的影響,提出污染防治措施,論證項(xiàng)目污染治理措施的經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)可行性,同時(shí)還特別注意項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃符合性、選址布局合理性分析等,為項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)污染達(dá)標(biāo)排放、達(dá)到當(dāng)前環(huán)境保護(hù)節(jié)能減排的要求以及科學(xué)的環(huán)保管理提供技術(shù)支持與科學(xué)依據(jù),為環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)工作者正確評(píng)價(jià)房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的環(huán)境影響提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent the environmental pollution caused by large-scale commercial and residential real estate development projects, this paper selected a large-scale comprehensive real estate opening project in Hohhot City as an example through field investigation. Environmental impact assessment is carried out on the pollution produced by the project. Through understanding the current situation of the environmental quality in the area where the project is located, the main pollution factors and their emission during the construction and operation of the project, the impact of the pollution on the environment is analyzed, and the pollution prevention measures are put forward. To demonstrate the economic and technical feasibility of the project pollution control measures, and at the same time to pay special attention to the planning conformance of the project, the rational analysis of the location and layout, and so on, so as to achieve the discharge standard for the project. To meet the requirements of environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction, and scientific environmental management to provide technical support and scientific basis, for environmental impact assessment workers to correctly evaluate the environmental impact of real estate development projects.
