【摘要】：房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的采購模式一直處于不斷探索和發(fā)展中。以價(jià)格為基礎(chǔ)的傳統(tǒng)采購模式不利于企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,而戰(zhàn)略采購在采購效率和成本方面有很大優(yōu)勢(shì)。文章希望通過對(duì)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略采購模式的探討,為房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)提供一定的指導(dǎo)和理論借鑒。
[Abstract]:The purchasing mode of real estate industry is constantly exploring and developing. The traditional price-based procurement model is not conducive to the long-term development of enterprises, while strategic procurement has great advantages in procurement efficiency and cost. This paper hopes to provide some guidance and theoretical reference for real estate enterprises through the discussion of the strategic purchasing mode of real estate industry.
