【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)保持持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng),城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程不斷加快,城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)力度也逐步加大,帶動(dòng)了房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,建筑勞務(wù)行業(yè)步入了發(fā)展的快車(chē)道。全國(guó)各地涌現(xiàn)出大量的建筑勞務(wù)類企業(yè),參與到建筑行業(yè)中去。但是,隨著建筑業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,我國(guó)的一些建筑勞務(wù)企業(yè),尤其是中小型建筑勞務(wù)企業(yè),面臨著內(nèi)部管理與外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的雙重挑戰(zhàn),經(jīng)營(yíng)不善的中小型建筑勞務(wù)企業(yè)甚至面臨著經(jīng)營(yíng)困難、倒閉的困境。本文的研究對(duì)象ZX公司是江蘇省海門(mén)市的一家中小型建筑勞務(wù)企業(yè),本文以其在發(fā)展經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中面臨的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論,運(yùn)用相關(guān)的戰(zhàn)略管理工具,對(duì)ZX公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,提出并優(yōu)化其未來(lái)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。文章結(jié)構(gòu)與內(nèi)容方面,本文首先在緒論部分對(duì)研究背景等進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)我國(guó)建筑勞務(wù)業(yè)當(dāng)前存在的主要問(wèn)題及大環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,闡述了本研究的必要性與研究意義。本論部分,首先闡述了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)概念、理論,介紹了幾種常用的戰(zhàn)略管理工具,對(duì)ZX公司面臨的外部宏觀環(huán)境以及行業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析;其次,介紹了ZX公司的現(xiàn)狀,并簡(jiǎn)要指出了其中存在的問(wèn)題,針對(duì)其當(dāng)前面臨的主要問(wèn)題,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論知識(shí),制定了企業(yè)品牌、人才、市場(chǎng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等方面的相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略,并隨后提出了對(duì)應(yīng)的實(shí)施對(duì)策。最后,得出相關(guān)的結(jié)論,并提出了未來(lái)研究展望。本文基于作者的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),堅(jiān)持了理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)知識(shí)對(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),形成了未來(lái)一定時(shí)期內(nèi)的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)于ZX公司解決當(dāng)前的管理問(wèn)題具有一定的指導(dǎo)作用,對(duì)于其他中小型建筑勞務(wù)企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究也具有一定的借鑒意義與參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economy has maintained a sustained and stable growth, the process of urbanization has been accelerated, the intensity of urban infrastructure construction has gradually increased, driving the rapid development of the real estate industry, the construction and labor industry has stepped into the fast track of development. A large number of construction and labor enterprises emerged all over the country to participate in the construction industry. However, with the rapid development of the construction industry, some construction labor enterprises in China, especially small and medium-sized construction labor enterprises, are facing the dual challenges of internal management and external competition. Poor management of small-and medium-sized construction and labor enterprises even faced with business difficulties, closure of the plight. ZX Company is a small and medium-sized construction labor service enterprise in Haimen City, Jiangsu Province. Based on the problems it faces in the process of development and management, combined with the relevant theory of enterprise strategic management, this paper applies relevant strategic management tools. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of ZX Company, and puts forward and optimizes its future development strategy. In the aspect of structure and content, this paper firstly analyzes the background of the research in the introduction part, analyzes the main problems and environment existing in the construction and labor industry of our country, and expounds the necessity and significance of the research. In this part, firstly, the related concepts and theories of enterprise strategic management are introduced, and several common strategic management tools are introduced. The external macro environment and industry environment of ZX Company are analyzed. This paper introduces the present situation of ZX Company, and points out the existing problems briefly. In view of the main problems it faces at present, combining with the relevant theoretical knowledge, it formulates the relevant strategies of enterprise brand, talent, market, industry, competition and so on. And then put forward the corresponding implementation countermeasures. Finally, the conclusion is drawn and the prospect of future research is put forward. Based on the author's relevant work experience, this paper adheres to the combination of theory and practice, uses the relevant knowledge of strategic management to optimize the design of the enterprise's development strategy, and forms the enterprise development strategy in a certain period of time in the future. For ZX company to solve the current management problems have a certain guiding role, for other small and medium-sized construction labor enterprises development strategy research also has certain reference significance and reference value.
