【摘要】：正加快房地產(chǎn)稅立法并適時(shí)推進(jìn),是黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)提出的財(cái)稅體制改革的重要目標(biāo)之一。時(shí)任財(cái)政部部長(zhǎng)樓繼偉在2016年7月23日舉行的G20稅收高級(jí)別研討會(huì)上更是堅(jiān)決表示將推進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)稅制改革,將房地產(chǎn)稅推向風(fēng)口浪尖。而在2016年前9個(gè)月一二線熱點(diǎn)城市房?jī)r(jià)如脫韁野馬漲幅高達(dá)30%,"十一"國(guó)慶節(jié)前后24個(gè)城市密集出臺(tái)收緊調(diào)控政策,更是引發(fā)公眾熱
[Abstract]:Speeding up the legislation of real estate tax is one of the important goals of the reform of fiscal and taxation system put forward by the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.At the G20 high-level conference on taxation on July 23, 2016, then finance minister Lou Jiwei was even more adamant that he would press ahead with real estate tax reform and bring the property tax to the forefront.In the first nine months of 2016, housing prices in hot cities such as runaway wild horse prices rose as high as 30%. Around the National Day of the "11", 24 cities introduced intensive tightening control policies, which triggered public enthusiasm.
