【摘要】：住房公積金制度在全國的均衡發(fā)展,關(guān)系到中低收入階層的住房保障,關(guān)系到制度的整體可持續(xù)發(fā)展,關(guān)系到國家的社會政治穩(wěn)定。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境與房地產(chǎn)市場的變化,制度的封閉運(yùn)作模式使各省份實(shí)際運(yùn)營差異性明顯。文章以全國31省份住房公積金為研究對象,設(shè)計(jì)全國住房公積金發(fā)展水平空間均衡評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,應(yīng)用無監(jiān)督學(xué)習(xí)聚類算法(K-means)模型,得出全國住房公積金發(fā)展水平的五級分類空間格局結(jié)論,為分析全國住房公積金整體發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、完善全口徑管理及供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革決策提供客觀依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The balanced development of the housing accumulation fund system in the whole country is related to the housing security of the low- and middle-income class, to the overall sustainable development of the system, to the social and political stability of the country. With the changes of the economic environment and the real estate market, The closed operation mode of the system makes the actual operation difference of each province obvious. This article takes the housing accumulation fund of 31 provinces as the research object, designs the spatial equilibrium evaluation index system of the development level of the national housing accumulation fund. By using the K-means model of unsupervised learning clustering algorithm, this paper draws the conclusion of the five-level spatial pattern of the development level of the national housing provident fund, in order to analyze the overall development of the national housing accumulation fund. Improve full-caliber management and supply-side structural reform decisions to provide an objective basis.
