【摘要】：正日前,市委、市政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)視察有關(guān)基層工作后,在區(qū)大口黨委書記季度工作會(huì)議上強(qiáng)調(diào),當(dāng)前要著力抓好五項(xiàng)工作,其中涉及房地產(chǎn)業(yè)是兩大任務(wù):一是要始終堅(jiān)持"四位一體"住房保障體系,盡力而為,量力而行,堅(jiān)持"保居住、講公平、可持續(xù)"的原則推進(jìn)舊區(qū)改造;二是"補(bǔ)短板"重點(diǎn)工作(五違整治)要堅(jiān)持不懈,持續(xù)用力。前不久,市領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在長(zhǎng)寧區(qū)調(diào)研時(shí)指出,要從中心城區(qū)著手,加快探索城市更新的政策制度框架,千
[Abstract]:Just a few days ago, after the leaders of the municipal party committee and the municipal government inspected the relevant grass-roots work, they stressed at the quarterly work meeting of the secretary of the Daguchi Party Committee that at present, efforts should be made to do a good job of the five tasks.
