【摘要】：中國(guó)的房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)過(guò)十幾年的發(fā)展,老百姓的住房需求基本得到滿足,但代價(jià)是沉重的,房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)所帶來(lái)的問(wèn)題已經(jīng)顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)。文章對(duì)中國(guó)近二十年來(lái)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)歷史發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找出造成目前房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展亂象的原因,提出幾點(diǎn)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)健康發(fā)展的出路,以達(dá)到房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展和改善老百姓住房的目的。
[Abstract]:China's real estate market after more than ten years of development, the housing needs of ordinary people have been basically met, but the cost is heavy. The problems brought by the real estate market have emerged. This paper analyzes the historical development of the real estate market in China in the past 20 years and finds out the causes of the chaos in the development of the real estate market. This paper puts forward some ways out for the healthy development of the real estate market in order to achieve the purpose of the development of the real estate market and the improvement of the common people's housing.
